Anxiety Symptoms often seem to come out of nowhere and that makes them even scarier but there is always trigger that can be found. You have to realize that when you are an anxious person you most probably are also dealing with hypersensitivity. in this state your nerves will react intensely to the tiniest bit of stress. Your general stress levels are so high that the most normal tasks can be completely overwhelming and send you spiraling into a panic attack.
If you are searching for anxiety videos just like this one than your conscious mind probably is pretty much content with the fact that you have an anxiety disorder. Your primal more instinctive part of the brain doesn't so it is in those moments that you need to feed your brain with feedback and figure out what your stressors are. Over time the brain will realize that these little things add up and are the reason for your overwhelming feelings and sensations. Being proactive in figuring out what is causing you stress will created new positive connections in your brain that get more and stronger over time. The feeling of uncertainty will fade away and your path to recovery will open up.

Dude you have no idea how much I’ve recovered. Haven’t gotten anxious or worried in almost a month. I don’t care about symptoms except for one, sometimes I get rushing thoughts and like a feeling of doom but I know how to control it. The only symptom I hate and annoys me is listening to my heartbeat in the sole of my feet and my fingertips for some reason

    • @ImprovementPath

Awesome man! Wahhh 😀 so happy to hear you are doing a lot better!
As long as you are noticing that the time inbetween extreme anxiety is getting longer and less intense you are doing it right!
Continue that path my friend and keep me updated on your progress. 💪

Sleep is so crucial! All that anxiety puts a lot of strain on our mind and bodies and we need rest. Unfortunately its not always easy to get that needed sleep in our hyperstimulated state

-> I should say you are doing a great work via this channel. Never been a fan of liking or commenting on UA-cam videos tbh (Than just seeing them and moving on). But stumbled upon this channel few months back when I was not sure what I was going through (To finally understand that it is my brain and nervous system which is the root of it all, after the doctors confirmed it as well).
-> And your channel was one of the first ones which reflected my mind almost accurately, which made me felt I was heard.
-> And till today on every occasion whenever I had to go through things (Physical sensations), I turn to your channel and play the videos which I had noted down.
-> Trust me, the same video which gave me happiness and hope when I first saw it , gives me tips to speed up my recovery path when I see it today. (Like a good book or a movie scene which gives you new things every other time you read or watch it)
-> And please continue on your anxiety videos. (To explore on different aspects of it).
    YOU ARE DOING GREAT WORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you so so much for this comment my friend! I do truly appreciate it 🙏 unfortunately the UA-cam algorithm hasn't been too kind to me this year and it has slashed most of the views/income (which was little to begin with) dramatically. It makes it difficult for me to take the time off needed to put in the hours to make videos BUT I will return soon for sure :)

I'm at a state where I no longer fear panic attacks and I know that all the weird symptoms are caused by stress. But still I find the symptoms of muscle tension so uncomfortable that I just tense them because I get nervous of the thought of tensing them and getting the uncomfortable symptoms again. How can I be able to stop tensing my muscles?

Not really. I had emergency xanax in my pocket most of the time but i rarely took a pill. Those moments before the effects kicked in would be pure horror. I was afraid of taking any medication. Afraid of the side effects and my imagination would be going wild ...
