[4K] Lush Green Desert Drive up to Canyon Lake - Apache Trail Arizona Drive

2 hours east outside Phoenix Arizona, this drive has some beautiful desert moments.
Winding through bronze canyon country, Apache Trail has some of the most scenic views in the southwest.
In this drive, we travel past the Ghost town attraction of Goldfield, the twists and turns winding up to Canyon Lake and Tortilla Flat, and up to the dirt road turnaround. We then drive the same way back out on this bright sunny Sunday roadtrip.
The road reminds me of some kind of constant vortex, not one that we fall into but one that we fall forward toward. It eats everything that passes through it, and we are delivered always into the next frame.
The endless POV can be compared to life, an unseen horizon a million miles away, beautiful but aloof.
Our life's focus should not be on this distant constant or what remains unknown beyond, but on those peripherals that are so often overlooked. If you take the time to intentionally look and see, you'll begin to understand how utterly beautiful your drive is and will be.
