Wow you made out! Good for you! I had that happen to me too! I bought a new speedy nano (the older version with the non detachable strap) and I had it for about 2 months and used it about 5x only and the vachetta chaps were already lifting! I turned it in and about 3 weeks or so they shipped my bag back and said they didnt have the vachetta to replace the chaps. This was around covid time but AFTER the stores opened up. So they gave me a store credit which included the new price (so I gained some extra cash) and I used it for the Speedy 20 and paid the difference which they gave it to me at the old speedy 20 price as the price just went up 1 week prior. I couldn't trade it for the speedy nano as they had no more and it was so hard for me to get it in the first place, I probably got the last one made! Lol. Im glad I have the 20 vs the nano. It was a blessing in disquise, really!

They were dead wrong for offering you a credit for an amount that doesn't even equal the current selling amount! But we'll let that slip up go because they replaced the bag. Considering the price now of new speedies that’s definitely an upgrade however it’s such a bummer when we send things in and we have hope our sentimental Louis will be sent back fixed up. I have my 2013 top handle only monogram speedy 30 and I’m crazy about keeping it in great condition cause I don’t want to lose it if I have to send it in for repairs. It’s sentimental to me.

Right?! It's definitely a mystery because when I check my order status, my bag still shows that it's in repair🤔. I'll have to keep you updated if that changes. Congratulations, some times the interior of older bags breaks down in the repair process. LV is a great house so I knew they were going to do right by you. When you speak up it makes the difference. I've repaired a few bags and everything went smooth but because of the pandemic things are not going as well as in the past as far as parts.

Nope.. you will love the dome makeup case. I have the small one. Yes you have to pack it right but my zipper always looks straight. I imagine if you just throw crap in it carelessly, yes it will look wonky. Treat yourself if you wish to. And it’s smaller than this case. BOTH♥️

However,,,,,,bc u were unrelenting they had no choice but to step up and make it right which resulted in a new bag for you. So glad this worked out, Sis. Sorry that you couldn't get your bag fixed/returned, but a new bag is the only way they could've gone to make it right! They were dead wrong for offering you a credit for an amount that doesn't even equal the current selling amount! But we'll let that slip up go because they replaced the bag. But it just goes to show, if you didn't say anything, they would've offered you less than what you deserved! TFS your journey!.

Considering the price now of new speedies that’s definitely an upgrade however it’s such a bummer when we send things in and we have hope our sentimental Louis will be sent back fixed up. I have my 2013 top handle only monogram speedy 30 and I’m crazy about keeping it in great condition cause I don’t want to lose it if I have to send it in for repairs. It’s sentimental to me.

Right?! It's definitely a mystery because when I check my order status, my bag still shows that it's in repair🤔. I'll have to keep you updated if that changes. Congratulations, some times the interior of older bags breaks down in the repair process. LV is a great house so I knew they were going to do right by you. When you speak up it makes the difference. I've repaired a few bags and everything went smooth but because of the pandemic things are not going as well as in the past as far as parts.

However,,,,,,bc u were unrelenting they had no choice but to step up and make it right which resulted in a new bag for you. Right!!! When the representative first reached out to me, I was like, "Oh no, I'm done. I'm done," but after they heard me out, I was like, "I guess I'll put that lv fragrance back on my wishlist"🤣🤣🤣🤣.
