This sounds like a quality control issue which is probably why they didn't charge you, they knew it was on them and not on you. While the prices of these luxury brands are skyrocketing, the quality is sinking straight to hell, it's highway robbery at this point. The bag looks beautiful, and I'm glad you could get it somewhat sorted even if it wasn't 100%, it looks great on you.

I own several Saint laurent bags and I wanted to ask if you ever had issues with the ones you own from Saint laurent and, if they were addressed correctly. I definitely experienced a way better customer service at YSL than LV where they did not even help me. Thank you for your video. Very helpful.
To date, I have only had one YSL repair, and it was for a "CASSANDRE MATELASSÉ FRAGMENTS CARD CASE." Five months after purchase, I saw the threading coming loose at the seem. I originally purchased the card case in-store. I submitted a few requests online via the YSL website and added my proof of purchase, but I never heard back. So I went back into the store and requested the repair, which was no issue since their warranty covers 2 years, and it was only 5 months old. The repair only took two weeks, but an estimate was not provided during drop-off. The only thing is that the closest YSL store to me is about an hour away, so it was frustrating that the brand would not ship the item to me after the repair was complete. Hope this helps!
