Thank you for the great videos. I was wondering whether the vermiform pupil movement is observed in response to light or during redilation after near focus?

The Near reflex in cases of ciliary ganglion lesions (eg Adies pupil) is due to aberrant regeneration of nerve fibres originally meant for the ciliary body, but which are instead going to some parts of the iris (hence the partial sector paresis). So, it's actually the stimulation of the Ciliary ganglion fibres that causes the iris to constrict (irregularly) rather than the light reflex directly stimulating the sphincter pupillae. So, it's only when accomodation reflex is activated that we see the vermiform movement, i.e. during near focus.

I’ve had it in both eyes for 40 years. It makes my eyes very sensitive to bright light and bright sunlight, but otherwise I’ve had no problems.” Don’t feel embarrassed or sad, you will be okay. : )

Apparently had it for 12 years (only figured it out maybe 2 years ago), and most I've noticed is that I'm more sensitive to sunlight (though that could be cause I spend most time indoors), and my left eye is blurrier than my right. Otherwise I haven't faced any issues I can think of. Even appearance wise, I've found most people don't notice unless I tell them, or they're staring at my eyes. And I have lighter blue eyes, so it's definitely easier to see compared to darker eye colors
