Who hosted this gong show? They need a better moderator. Trudeau and Bernier need to be penalized when they butt in and talk over someone. The others do it as well but those 2 usually instigated the "rabble rabble". Singh should not have to be the one reigning it back in.

I know that this joke might be triggering because there is a lot of stress during a live debate. I can't deny that, thats is also why they have a team behind them to help them prepare to answer any kind of questions and "attacks". Now i do respect that of the chefs. So to answer your question, i'm not saying they are bad leaders or that i could lead the country better than them. This joke is a criticism that this debate is not about which party is the best for canadians, its about which on is the worst. Poor informations were provided in this debate, and the majority of interactions where only attacks against other parties and proof that other leaders are not honest. Which is not a particularly honest strategy , ironically.
Side note: you don't have to be the best at something to understand some moves are bad. Like when you watch hockey match, you dont need to be Sydney Crosby to see if someone missed a play. It's just common sens.

It is a fact that the Trudeau strategy is to interrupt anyone who bashes him He did this in 2015 and he reduces any debate to a yelling match. Everyone was reduced to out yelling Trudeau. BTW … Scheer won the day with defeating Trudeau's insistence that his spending plans are working to grow Canada and business. He called Trudeau out on many issues while explaining, until he was rudly interrupted, his plan.

Jennifer McLeod Well obviously any move they make could be seen as a puppet government because they are both conservative. Likewise their decisions will be similar and they will work better together so that’s kind of a redundant statement.
Personally I don’t see why everyone hates Trump. He’s a brilliant man who has helped the US economy and done more the country than most presidents have. While protecting their boarders to keep people safe from illegal immigrants. All that while simultaneously fighting off allegations which lead no where, seemingly made up to throw off his agenda. Although he does need to think more before he speaks, at least he’s straight forward and not trying to hide his true agenda.
Personally I feel we could use that attitude in Canada. That’s just my personal opinion and everyone is entitled to their own.

The Liberal Party made 230 Promises in their electoral Platform. 140 have been achieved, 63 have been broken, 20 are 'in-progress;, and 7 are not started (See trudeaumetre.polimeter.org/). Summary below is not an endorsement or condemnation - just an FYI.
Some highlights include (in no particular order):
      1) Increase funding to the Public Health Agency of Canada by $15 million in 2016-2017.
      2) Allow parents to take longer parental leaves of up to 18 months with lower benefits.
      3) Transfer uncommitted federal infrastructure funds to municipalities through a temporary top-up of the Gas Tax Fund.
      4) Reduce the small business tax rate to 9% (from 11%).
      5) Introduce a new tax bracket of 33% for individuals earning more than $200,000.
      6) Invest $200 million more each year to support innovation and the use of clean technologies in our natural resource sectors.
      7) Include an equal number of women and men in the Cabinet.
      8) Repeal changes made by Bill C-42 allowing restricted firearms to be freely transported without a permit.
      9) Invest $40 million each year to provide injured veterans with 90% of their pre-release salary with inflation indexation.
      10) Legalize marijuana (cannabis) by removing marijuana consumption and incidental possession from the Criminal Code.
There are also vague 'achieved promises' like "Increase the availability of high-quality mental health services for Canadians." (where minimal action could be construed as having increased the quality)… and promises like "The Prime Minister will meet with First Nations, Métis Nation, and Inuit leaders at least once every year." which speaks to nothing of the productivity/success of said meetings.
Some broken promises (in no particular order):
      1) Electoral Reform
      2) Balanced budget in 2019
      3) Lower the federal debt-to-GDP ratio for 2018/2019 to 28%.
      4) Provide costing analysis for each government bill.
      5) Invest $40 million each year to help employers create more co-op placements for students in science, technology, engineering, mathematics, and business programs.
      6) Remove GST on new capital investments in affordable rental housing.
      7) Review the elimination of the Navigable Waters Protection Act by the previous government, restore lost protections, and incorporate more modern safeguards.
      8) Revoke rules and regulations that muzzle government scientists and allow them to speak freely about their work, with only limited and publicly stated exceptions.
      9) Guarantee that First Nation communities have a veto over natural resource development in their territories.
      10) Re-establish lifelong pensions as an option for injured veterans.
