I'm having lots of fun - and I'm using the sheets that you recommended on your channel from a video you made about five years ago! Today, I got big props from my attending for my excellent presentations and plans, and I owe a lot of that to the organizational system that you put out there. Thanks for making these videos!
It's possible! But fellowship is competitive so more time away from training can make it difficult to convince programs that you want to make the switch. But 1-2 year is not unheard of

If a patient comes with MI /ACS so will you refer to cardiologist or treat him yourself.
