I got the family tourist visa on the 6th day, Wednesday was the appointment, Tuesday stamped passport got delivered on Tuesday by DTDC, it is for Finland 🇫🇮
Just today we have applied for Finland visit visa and we have invited by my brother in-law wedding in Finland and his father in law is finish citizen and he gave us invitation letter.what are the chances to get Visa
I do not know for how many days you had applied. Your application must mention the total stay as the couple of days before the marriage and couple of days after the marriage or maximum upto the week after marriage citing the reason to support post marriage rituals or vice versa for the pre-marriage date, this will help to make the visa officer to understand that you are visiting only to attain the marriage & not going to settle. Also you need to support strong backup data that shows that you are going to return back to your original country.
Also if you had not shown any other country in your travel plan.
If you had mentioned only Finland and stay at or near to your relative home, there is no reason why the visa officer would reject your application 😀

I can see VFS Norway appointments plenty only for Mumbai and then Delhi. Not so for remaining 9 centers in India. End of July (tourist season weaning) appointments finishing within hours of slot opening

@@aniketcinematographer294 Tourism and bank statements matter much, but you don't have suspect transactions like random balance credit or debit transactions in your statement. it has to be normal.
Do not apply through Norway. Their rejection rate is very high (along with most other Nordic countries). They took 2.5 months to process our tourist visa application - no additional documents requested either. We have been to Schengen multiple times before, never had as bad an experience as we did with the Norwegian Embassy.

Still if visa gets rejected and one has to apply for another country, it'll take more time so maybe faster countries with high visa success rate might make more sense for a lot of travellers with not so good profile. Maybe an idea for another video? Have been hearing for a while from some UA-camrs that New Zealand & Canada have high acceptance rates currently. Maybe you might wanna make a video on that. As Indians are crazy for Canada, you'll get more subscribers and views and people who'll avail your services. It'll expand your channel as it revolves around Schengen mostly.

@@krupa9430 I applied at jaipur...plus if you visit their site... It says if ur travel date is within 15 working days of the application reaching the consulate... They will simply return and not even process.. It is really weird the whole German process....

In some cases Czech gives in7 days and other they take 15-20 working days
