Thanks Patrick. I saw videos of Pete who would add an audio recorder instead of drum.
Excellent. We need a GarageBand tutorial like the ones in Logic Pro with the additional feature that it would open up your videos for how-to info.
Thanks for this, Patrick. I already know how to import midi files into GB. However this once again reminds me that the "Holy Grail" that we've all been waiting for, ever since GB's inception, still has not been realized, after all this time, as far as I know, and that is: exporting GB midi files. This would be so great!
I wouldn't hold your breath at this point, but it would definitely be an amazing addition.
@@TheGaragebandGuide Yeah, I been holdin' my breath for it seems like decades now....! I have to export as audio, then it into Melodyne in my DAW. Usually more of a pain in ass than it is worth. Makes for interestin' speculation as to why Apple is so anal-retentive in this regard, though...
Thanks Patrrrrrrrick! Lots of good info & review on some stuff. I have a Question ⁉️...I know nothing about Midi difference, etc. If I want to share a GarageBand project file with someone, but it has Korg London Symphony & other apps used in tracks, but they don't have the apps...Is there something you can tweek so they can play all the tracks on my project?🙄 And if I'm on iPad pro iOS and they're on a MAC laptop?😢 (I need to live 150 yrs to learn everything) Any info... thanks 🤗!!
