The fact that I never realized that the Slytherin common room is under water and you can actually look through the windows and into the great lake! That is so freaking cool!! I really hope I get to experience that in Hogwarts Legacy.

Well, it depends. Many Slytherins are not elegant, yet Salazar Slytherin made sure all Pureblood Young Witches and Wizards are Comfortable in the finest silk, a doctrine that has lasted for Centuries at Hogwarts. Those silk sheets and Luxurious Luxury come at a price. Yet, house Slytherin has always made sure Purebloods were welcomed. And to a latter extent Half bloods. So when Harry Potter ( a Half Blood) denied Draco Malfoy Friendship, a Pureblood, when Harry noticed Draco was making fun of his own Pureblood Cousin Ronald Weasley, who offered friendship to Harry first....
"SHAT" GOT REAL in 1992. When Harry was about to turn 12. In 1997, He realized Pureblood Families were not allowed to keep their Children around "Muddled Bloods/Mudbloods". In NEWT year Harry finally realized the Evils of Purebloods, yet not Purebloods like the Wesley's. Evil Purebloods like the Malfoys and Zabinis. Harry noticed how Purebloods were basically Lackeys to Lord Voldemort. Zabini and Malfoy. LUNA LOVEGOOD, is my Hero/Heroine Pureblood till this day. Yet Ravenclaw Sleep room not, lol. Still better than Gryffindor though, lol.
@@halicarnassus834 Yes surely the common room was due to the faculty that Salazar Slytherin attributed to purebloods. It is normal that not every student is elegant, I meant the values of the house. Why not Gryffindor ahahaha?

This is actually an extension of the Slytherin Common Room which later Year Slytherins studying actually heard Draco Malfoy yelling at his Lackeys in the adjacent Chamber. Slytherins actually had the most Luxurious "Common Room/area" in Wizarding Size at Hogwarts. A submerged Manor basically that only Slytherins actually know. The Exclusive Pureblood Palace for those Students accepted by Wizardom Blood Purity of the Founder of House Slytherin under the lake as a Requirement, has a sinister Opulence unmatched. Although morbid opulence to many, House Slytherin Children lay in the finest of Silk sheets while having the ability of watching The sights of the Lake which they are submerged under, and its Creatures in the moonlit darkness before nodding to Sleep. Imagine being able to Sleep in an Opulent Aquarium and Sleep well knowing you don't have to worry about the Glass breaking and flooding while in your comfortable bed and silk sheets watching the Lake outside your window and beings within. Then being lulled to sleep by the ASMR sounds of the Lake bubbles outside and crackling fire within. Such is Slytherin house fine Slumber. Such is the poster of this video's Magnificent interpretation.

Slytherin main Dormitory and it's Chambers within is known throughout Wizardom as the most Luxurious. Their Sleeping beds only Rivaled by Hufflepuff, whose Students Slumber in the most Comfortable beds at Hogwarts. Each adjusted organicly, like Earth for the Specific Witch or Wizard in House Hufflepuff .
You just gave out one of the many beautiful features of Slytherin dorm room. However, each house has something unique that the other can't match.

However the idea of Sleeping in a gilded Aquarium under the lake of Hogwarts in sheets of the finest silk while listening and watching the Monster of the Loch and mermaids out the window before nodding off into sleep in a most Comfortable bed. Slytherin all for me. 2nd choice would be Hufflepuff, technically the most Comfortable, but the allergies, lol.
@@halicarnassus834 i am sure they created spells for such minor allergies. It is the magical ailments you have to worry about. From my understanding... witches/wizards send eachother curses all the time. remember Hermione bursted out in painful boils all over her hand due to a curse sent by some random Harry stan? Something simple as an allergy should be easily curable with magic.

Slytherins are the only house within Hogwarts that protects such pure blood Tapestry of Wizardom. Not just Pure blood Europe, but also Eurasia , Asia and dating way back to the ancient pure blood Sorcerers and Sorcereress of Middle East to Africa. Slytherin is actually the only house within Hogwarts which Is Soo Vain, they only care about the pure blood which stems from Wizadry History, dating back to first Sorcerers and Witches and Wizards. A Slytherin might say good for them, someone who is not Slytherin might not agree.. that is why pure blood slytherins are protected against others who don't like their pure blood obsession. To each house of Hogwarts its own. However a Slytherin child is more likely to be lulled to sleep by the beautiful natural underwater aquarium bubble sounds. There's also a Sinister ringing that most non Slytherins hearing this video may think. However many slytherins may not see it as Sinister, that
ringing also lulls us to sleep.
The Slytherin common room is the coolest of all four common rooms, in my opinion, and I'm a Slytherin! ;)
Well it technically is quite cool temperature wise and also mold inhibiting, a Muggle submerged Dormitory/Manor would not have such advantages. So yes the temperature of Slytherin House submerged under the Lake is the coolest year round. Yet its Fires are unsurpassed at warming or cooling the Pureblood Witches and Wizard Chidren within. And yes, I knew you were speaking about aesthetics, lol.

I wish I could actually sit in my house common room so badly, as i am a Slytherin. I love the water and it would be so relaxing watching all the creatures from the black lake swim past the windows. Especially the merpeople and the giant squid
I gotta say... that fire place in the common room must have the longest chimney going up to the surface.
when u travel w flew powder(idk what its called in english) u prolly get an extra delay of like 10 min lol

Guys I can not tell you how good this is to listen to when you’ve got AirPods in and are trying to go to sleep it helps me so much with anxiety it’s unbelievable
this is by far my favorite Slytherin common room ambience. the music in the background is so soothing and it really adds the sense of being underwater. I don't know how to explain it properly, but you know the feeling of being underwater when you can only hear muffled noises, and you feel so out of the world but at the same time like you are in the exact womb of the earth. like you are at home, I guess
Omg it would be amazing if you made an asmr where you are trying to sleep in the common room and people around you (like Draco) are trying to be quiet. You’d have muffled talking here and there, humming, whispering, pages turning, quill noises, fire crackles (pretty much like this common room noise) etc! 💚

@@EnchantedASMR this is a really great idea, I would love to see this. Maybe add an occasional closing of a heavy wooden door, echoing footsteps travelling down the hall, and the sound of louder voices from out in the hallway every now and then. Maybe even the occasional line of muffled dialogue, something simple and mundane like "I'm bored, want to find something to eat?" or "You'll be late for class!". You don't have to write out a full scene, you could follow each line of dialogue with shushing noises of other common room occupants as they attempt to quiet the disruption! Humming, page turning, and whispering are also great ideas :)
I love the vibes this emanates; it really depicts aurally what a Slytherin Common Room should sound and feel like. I literally feel like a Slytherin student.
Slytherian common room is by far my favorite! And I'm not just saying that because I'm a Slytherin or Severus is the House Head. I would sit in it for hours when I didn't have lessons or other reasons. Go Slytherin and Professor Snape! 🤗
I’m so proud to be a Slytherpuff. These are the two most misunderstood houses, but it’s a great combination!
I think my hufflepuff side and slytherin side keep each other in check. Not only am I ambitious, but I want to see others succeed and love to lift up my closest friends. I’m cunning but my greatest joy isn’t winning, it’s celebrating everyone’s achievements. I take pride in giving everyone equal opportunity and learning about different cultures and worldviews, but I’m also discerning and know when it’s time to cut out toxic people.
That’s why Slytherpuffs make great leaders-I grew up on HP and now I’m Head of the English Department at a university in GA. Perfect career for a Slytherpuff.

im in love with this, it actually helps me focus and I feel like I'm actually in the common room, it makes me wanna shift even more.. i use this for everything, studying, literally, background music its always playing in my room, I use it for writing my scripts or planning my shifting, I use it for writing Wattpad's it really sets the Slytherin mood. i love my house so much I hate the fact that so many people wanna be Slytherins now bc it "cool"

lmao, once i was making a Harry Potter in slytherin fic and istg this is literally one of the lines in the scenes where Harry's just calmly studying and Draco bursts into the room and goes, "I DIDN'T KNOW YOU COULD READ HARRY-" and Harry's just like, "Well of course I can, idiot."
