since the wild cards can have different combinations of the 10 colors on them, I petition for the Rainbow Wild to be the only true wild that allows for any color at all to be played on it.
@@trwn87 "would?" that's how they already work in this thing it also doesn't impact the general use aspect of most of 'em, because you can still play 'em on any color. it's just the ones where you pick the next color only have four options to choose from
@@hi-i-am-atan I meant not the condition of playing the card but the color choice. Also, I just noticed that that makes wild cards more interesting, actually.
I just gotta say, I really respect the level of professionalism that's going into this project! It'd be super easy to just half-ass it and go for clickbait tactics, but instead you're actually putting effort into making this an actual playable game, and managing to do so in a way that lives up to its outrageous concept :) Kudos to you!
@@MassacresMansion look up old late 1980's full Sesame Street Uno game. Only card portion of my game survived given to cousin who could use game and is a 50/52 card version of game. Yes, cards were smaller and game played faster buy you used pieces for a marker on a bord and could play to X character for set number of games since game was so short. Was an Official Uno game from Uno Matel games. Not sure how I found game or got game but I did. I can find full game selling for $25--$30 on E-bay used. Dice was only used for who goes first or in event of a game tie.
@@MassacresMansion With 10 total colours, the Draw Until Color card is gonna be stupidly op. There's a (9/10)^24 = 8.0% chance that it causes someone to draw 25 cards, resulting in instant elimination due to the Mercy Rule. And if your target has the starting 7 cards, the chance increases to (9/10)^17 = 17.7% chance of instant elimination. So possible balance change: select 2 colours and stop drawing until you hit either one or a wild. Also applies for the narwhal card, potentially disabling players for 10 turns. It's intended for a regular game with only 4 colours for a reason.
after binging this series for the past day, i will say, this series serves a double purpose of being a comprehensive catalog of all the versions of uno for posterity to understand the madness of mattel. also the "you have uno" video has been coursing through my mind while watching, thats definitly gonna be one of my custom wild cards(what will it do i dont know, maybe something like the next player must find the nearest copy of real uno and the game plays like normal with their turn being skipped until they return with uno) though of course that would be an evil custom card anyways see you in 27 hours
A suggestion for the letter cards in terms of war. The Ace could work as both the strongest letter card, and as the weakest number card. So you couldn't just play an Ace and always win or draw, because if someone played a number you lose, but if they played a letter, you win. I feel like that adds strategy.
@goomygaming980 actually I like the idea, I think it actually adds another layer of strategy as one player could choose to sandbag a multiparty war by playing g a face card as an aggressive act against another player(s) who's playing a number card specifically to dodge potential aces.
6:26 The way this card is explained, it seems like the intention is for any card with a multiple of 3 to be fair game. Thusly, I propose it’d be fair to play a 12, 15, 18, 21, or even 99 on it as well
You should add a brown color character card, that goes to anyone that went to the bathroom. During that time period, they are immune to everything and all their turns are skipped until they come back.
2 player games finna be quick as hell💀 A few things however: What if 2+ are gone? Shouldn't there be a punishment, because people can go without needing to and no-one would know (unless it's like not even 5 minutes later they do it again). Would draw cards (like +2s) that target the next player be cancelled or jump over the missing man?
@@theofficialwoohoogamersif 2+ people are going to the toilet at the same time, either they're having sex, or they're bored of the game and not coming back 😂
@@MassacresMansionAlso the cards have to be double sided, no? Odd number of colors makes that impossible without allowing some of the colors to be on more than one side
@@MaidenOfAir Obviously the solution to an odd number of colors is to add another side to the cards. Cards will now be triangular tube-like constructs. This will pair well with the knock over discard pile rules and effectively adds the jenga version without adding new pieces. This rule has absolutely no flaws and I will be taking no criticism. Thank you.
The fact that you mentioned that the number of card colors matches the number of letters in "Chemicards" gives the perfect opportunity for expanding on the power grab and colors rule expansions...
6:26 I like the addition of the Triforce Wild Cards effect, but I think it should be expanded to include all multiples of 3 in spirit of the card. There are a lot of number cards which do not have inherent special function, while 1-9 are loaded up because of their inclusionin standard UNO. Love the video and series btw, thank you for the hard work.
I appreciate that you included the Pride Uno just by making a single wildcard a rainbow. Not only is it very pretty, but it'll make you feel special if you get it! And having a visually distinct wild card opens the door for all sorts of fun house rules. I had seen Uno Pride and enjoyed it, but I was surprised to see it come up because I assumed it was base Uno. Turns out I was right, but it still had a fun cosmetic to offer!
You can add the Uno Remix's destroy card mechanics by adding a banishment. Like in Yu-Gi-Oh!, besides sending them to the regular discard pile (the Graveyard in Yu-Gi-Oh) you can also send them to the banishment, which basically removes them from play and they can't be used anymore basically (or used to do that until newer cards also started messing around with it). That said, Uno Remix was already plentiful enough in its harvest, but it's something to consider in case Mattel decided to destroy cards again in another version.
@@MassacresMansionSome board games do use a similar concept by simply telling you to put a card "back in the box", with a rules clarification that a card put back in the box is out of play until the game ends and everything is collected back together. That would probably be an okay alternate on the Remix cards. I really appreciate that you're not trying to include the legacy mechanics because I feel like Chemicards is going to be, well, a little bit bigger and a little bit more expensive than your average legacy game, and I'm not really interested in trying to potentially replace about 8-10 cards in an 800+ card game that isn't billed as a full legacy game.
I feel like the discard pile Chemicards is essentially the Graveyard, because I really doubt any game will go through all 800+ cards. (A normal UNO deck has only 108 cards)
@CaptainWizard3000 Yeah, but there are effects that let you take cards from the discard pile. It also matters for the purpose of changing what cards can be played.
@@MassacresMansion you’re putting a ton of time into this, so I really hope that other UA-camrs notice that and play it! I would love to see No Rolls Barred play Chemicards
No no, Factory BRANCHES. The towers from the actual power grab could be turned into Factory Wings too. You got the manpower and the actual place to take control of
15:34 I have an idea for the Rainbow Pride Card. Much earlier in the series, you made it so that wild cards can be played on any card but can only choose a color in the center. For most of the additional wild cards you have added, they are the standard RGYB colors. However, with all the extra colors added from before, and also now white and brown, I think that you should have different combinations. Example Red orange white green or something like that so that all wild cards are unique and white and brown are not worse colors. The Pride card could then be played on any color like normal but also allow the choice of any color in the game instead of just four. Great video as always and thanks for all the hard work you put into these videos. 😊
Maybe some crazy house rule could do that. I like to imagine it akin being over level against a gym leader in Pokémon, except the underleveled Pokémon would be the new players
In addition to the crown and fool cards, it would be fitting to rename the color power cards as kingdom cards that royalty can run when they have them.
If you don’t have a plan for it already, I think it’d be cool for the color rules guys to be symbiotes of some kind, which is why they can swap around and give powers, I think it’d fit with the theming well, being escaped experiments. :)
Fantastic idea and great theming! Symbiotes are good ideas, another option may be mutations or ‘lab-enhancements’. Definitely should be something around that ball-park!
So valeflisk played uno infinite and the thumbnail made everone think of chemicards (seriously half the comments were about it). I think some sort of collab of some sort would be cool if possible. I think your vibes fit together pretty well
I’m glad you liked the two new colors! It was a very impactful episode overall! Thank you so much for yet another INCREDIBLY GENEROUS donation! Thank you!
I like the premieres of the Chemicards videos because it gives me one more thing to be excited to watch on those Saturdays!! I've been enjoying this series and I look forward to watching this video too!! Keep up the great work!!
This series has rapidly become one of my most anticipated video series in a long time. I always look forewords to new uploads and click as fast as possible when I see one pop up :)
I had this idea back in the films tie in episode, but i only rembered it watching this one When the amalgam is rebranded to Chemicards, what if all the wild cards are renamed to be themed around one of the 28 characters? Some already fit quite well (The Wild Steal A Slice fits with the Rat King and The Wild Zombie card from Uno Monster High fits with the zombie character, ect) Following on from this, since you have a rat character you could actually call the Wild We Dont Talk Card the "Wild Seven Foot Rat Card"
20:18 For uno remix you should have those mark cards be a card in the deck instead of being destroyed that when drawn get put in thier own pile, then when the draw mark cards gets played the next player draws an amount equal to that mark pile, then shuffle that mark card back into the deck or something similar because one of the most fun features of remix is making the draw mark cards get to absurd numbers. Or if you wanna keep the legacy aspect then let the mark pile stay even after being used to bring maximum chaos
Normally I distaste unwarranted chaos in a card game, but this would actually add to the game and would be easy to keep track of Edit: that’s why I hate the new colors and all the extra numbers. Those cards don’t add much value per card, so I’d prefer some other cards.
I just gotta say, this series is honestly the highlight of my week. I've been here since I believe your fourth UNO video. I've commented before, and I don't expect you to remember, since you get so many comments, but I'm also a huge UNO head who's been planning his own UNO combined deck for a couple of years now. It started with UNO Wild Jackpot and now has amassed over 40 decks of UNO cards that requires three cases to hold and takes several hours to shuffle. But that's not important. Your series has only made me wanna grow my collection bigger and bigger. I use your videos to help me find the funniest rules and features that I could add. Your dedication to this project is truly inspiring. And you'd better believe that I'll be here to pre-order Chemicards Deluxe Edition day 1 when it's ready. I also love how well-researched your videos are and how you seem genuinely invested in this project. When I first saw this series recommended to me, I kinda expected it to be less-then-all-encompassing. I expected this to be a couple of videos of some guy talking about like a few versions of UNO, maybe like 50 tops, and then saying "It sure would be silly to have these all in one game... Someone get on that." Keep up the great work, my friend. I eagerly await the next episode. If I may make a suggestion, the UNO Lightyear deck has a crazy card. When played, you select a color, and then any card of that color becomes a skip card until someone changes the color. I got to use it the other day, and it's incredibly chaotic.
I appreciate you, and your continued dedication to watching my silly series! Thank you! Your project sounds so awesome as well. I did something similar, and that's how the Uno Amalgam started! It's cool to see others doing it as well. Thank you so much! Also noted! :)
so to my understanding after having caught up with the series, I will be getting a complementary bag of chip, piece of chocolate, and pizza with the uno
I think I heard that in uno royal revenge the king can choose the colours of wild cards which could be an interesting and quite influental change if we were to add that part as well 🤔
Saw the original video on my recommended. sounded fun. Didn't know I was jumping head first into a rabbit hole of chaos and enjoyment. I'm so excited for the say when this game is available to play.
Since we now have as many card colors as there are letters in the name, might I suggest updating the logo so that each letter is a different one of the colors represented, maybe you can put a thin neon green outline to represent the toxic waste all the characters are covered in
So I don't recall if this has been addressed yet, but it seems pretty important to mention: The deck in this game is going to be extremely unwieldy, probably to the point of being unplayable. For example, I own a copy of Unspeakable Words, which contains a deck of 96 cards-- and this deck is nearly impossible to keep organized. It's tall enough to be both difficult to shuffle and easily knocked over just by drawing a card. Considering this project is going to contain over 8 times as many cards (and counting), what's the plan to make the deck both shuffle-able and usable in general play? I guess the risk of knocking over the massive deck of cards is chaotic enough to be acceptable given the vibe of this game, but it's going to be nearly impossible to shuffle this deck fairly.
It seems like you might be over exaggerating a bit, but I've never played Unspeakable Words so I guess I can't have an opinion either way there. I have over 600 cards in my Champ'd Up Slam Down deck and I've literally never had problems with keeping that tall stack organized and stable. Of course, any deck that exceeds 100 cards would be easier than most to knock over if you weren't careful, but I've never had issues with doing something as simple as drawing a card in play testing Chemicards. If the deck was ever knocked over, it was either done intentionally, over a span of multiple rounds, or if someone was trying to respond quickly to a certain mechanic and effectively punched the draw pile. That all being said, I do have a planned system in place for keeping the draw pile's height at a reasonable level in the final game, but I probably won't talk about it until the game is near completion, just because I would need the prototype in my hands to explain the system. As for shuffling the deck, uh, no deck is impossible to shuffle. Will it take longer than a standard deck of cards? Absolutely. Is that a fair comparison? No. You'll just have to break and split the deck into manageable chunks for shuffling purposes, and then mix those chunks. You can always ask the people you're playing with for help as well. That would speed up the process. Also I plan to have the deck pre-shuffled when it's shipped, so the deck would already be randomized upon arrival.
Uno 52 also has the following cards: All Draw Two, Wild Reverse, Wild Skip, Wild Symbol (player chooses a 0-9, reverse, skip, +2, All Draw Two; that's the only type of card that can be played on it (or a wild)), and a Joker card (in the 4 colors, represents any poker card value).
For "legacy" card mechanics, you could add a "shadow Real/forbidden zone/lost zone" optional rule. A special discard where those cards stay after being played. "For every game played in one sitting" kind of deal
Man I can't wait to draw exactly enough for 24 cards to not die via mercy rule before watching the next person knock the decks over because there's over 2000 cards before starting a war and winning against a 99 card with my ace and immediately jumping in with 4 matches at once, deploying my secret swap hands wild, choose the white cards for the wild and becoming the king so I become a target so my partner can easily set up a +24 combo and knock out one of two lives of my opponents just for a +10 to take me out
Friendly reminder to everyone here to fill out the google form to get a copy of massacards if you’re interested! The Grandest Party edition just hit 600 copies ordered!!!
An alternative idea for the remix cards you write player names on: As the cards will be plastic, you could actually write the names on with a dry erase marker.
Just wanted to say this series has been super fun to work my way through the past couple of days. Your video editing and commentary make this a fun series to watch. I feel like I know so much more about Uno than I ever could’ve imagined knowing about Uno. If the price of this game isn’t too high by the end (because god knows I’ll have a hard time trying to find another crazy person to play it with) I’ll definitely look into purchasing it based on how absurd this is.
Wouldn't it be interesting if, given how the wild card work in Chemicards, if the Uno Play With Pride rainbow wild card could allow you to pick any of the ten colours, as opposed to only the four on the face of any other wild? Feels like a missed opportunity.
You could maybe incorporate the destroy mechanics of UNO remix by making it so cards from this version are one use in the current playsession, so rather than literally destroying them you instead put them away in the box until the current session ends. This way cards are reusable for later sessions. Also, about the name card, I think it would be possible to have them be reusable by using washable markers. However, I'm unsure how expensive washable dry erase markers are. Alternatively you could include two sets of reusable stickers of every single letter of the English Alphabet to stick onto these cards however I'm unsure if people would want to go looking for these stickers once they fall off. I'm even unsure if reusable stickers exist so- yeah.
If the destroy-based cards were one time use, they would only effect one card, once, throughout the game, which kinda defeats the point of them. 😂 Trust me, their inclusion is not worth their price. Also markers and stickers would be very expensive to include unfortunately. Maybe that’s something for the deluxe bundle box!
I just had a perfect solution, what if instead of using markers and stickers we use the character name instead? You can get labels with all the names of the characters and simply pick one from a set to to then put the card including the label onto the discard pile. This label has no adhesive so it is less costly and doesn't ruin the card. Alternatively another solution I came up after some thinking is to instead assign everyone a number and use colorless number cards to include with the wild name card to achieve an effect without any markers or stickers.
Watching this series has become a ritual for my entire friend group, we're excited every episode. We have little fun watch parties and it's wonderful, very happy to support this project. ❤

With every episode that passes, we get closer to accurately mimicking Mornington Crescent, or alternatively Nomic, if you include "make a rule" cards. One shudders to think what will happen when the complexity of this game surpasses Agora Nomic, a game of Nomic that has been running since _1993._
I'll like to take this time to appreciate the fact that you actually reply to every comment (even the ones that were just made 2 hours after the video was published)
6:25 Isn't that basically just saying a multiple of 3 number card? I feel like the larger multiples of 3 in Chemicards should be allowed for this card as well.
3:12 "I am going to add White cards to the game, and Uno USA will be added to the main list to represent that fact" Uno Flip's wild cards: "Am I a joke to you?"
So now we have 10 colors! Woohoo! So to celebrate the 10 color anniversary, here is a $10 tip. :) And with it, I do have a 10-reated suggestion. Since we have a d10 dice, and now we have 10 colors in the Amalgam, it would be nice if each side of the d10 dice was its own color - one of the Amalgam colors. That way, when you need to randomly pick a color by rolling the d10 - you can just look at the color that you rolled, and there's no need for an extra step of looking up what color is represented by the number. I don't know how difficult it would be to manufacture such a dice, with differently colored sides. But it would be very nice if you can make it happen. Hope you enjoy this 10-tip and 10-tip :P
Thank you so much for the donation!!! I really appreciate it! Also as for your D10 tip, this is something I had already planned on doing! :) Thank you again!!
Good video, I like the new additions. Although, I kind of wish the Triforce card would also allow the next player to play a 12, 15, 18, or 21 card as well, since 3, 6, and 9 are multiples of three. Still a good video.
The description says that the game as a whole is getting a change. My prediction before the premiere is that is has to do with the danger deck added back in the Uno Ultimate episode.
Instead of assigning numbers for the legacy cards, you can use the heros we already have instead. We won't need the added complexity of numbered players that way.
I had a Uno batman begins with a unique card when I was a kid. iirc, the Batman Wild Card let you give all your cards at random to the other players one at a time until you had one left, you say Uno and you change the color for the next player. really powerful ahah
15:45 this is absolutely perfect for any silly “house rules” if anyone chooses to use it that way. It’s like the inclusion of a joker card, or free parking or shiny Pokémon, absolutely excellent choice!!!
This is incredible, If I was doing this I would’ve veered off course into making the game more uniform by like episode six, it’s very impressive you can just keep adding new mechanics. Incredible series
6:00 Maybe make it also trigger on 12 15 18 22 and 99 due to multiples of 3 for that matter, cards 11 to 23 seem to have a significant lack of mechanics unless I am mistaken. Also the new colors need their own mechanics somehow
Since the cards are plastic, you could still have the option for legacy mechanics for players that want them, by having them use a dry-erase marker and cover the writing with some Scotch tape. This will give a robust marking, but also make it reversable. Like others have mentioned as well, the destruction mechanics could be implemented in a similar way, marking the card and covering the marking, then setting them aside at the beginning of each session. This also lets the legacy mechanics persist through just a single game or session if desired, with the cards being erased at the end of the game.
Honestly I somehow managed to guess Brown when you were talking about what color you could add that was distinct enough. Literally I said aloud" "Brown?" just before you mentioned it, so great minds think alike? Haha.
A few random thoughts; -The triforce card seems designed to interact with cards that are multiples of 3 so cards like the 99 and zero card (do we have a zero card yet?) should also work. In general i think it's good to expand the scope of some cards if it makes sense for them to interact with cards from other versions since it increases the amount of potentail synergies and chaos. Same goes for the sheild card maybe being able to block other draw cards and skip all cards. -For the face cards it might make more sense to have them count as the numbers 11,12,13, and 14 since that better matches the numbers they represent in most card games where they do. If they do end up having set numberic values this could be clearly communicated by having both the face value and nuber value displayed: K/13, K(13), or K in one corned and 13 in another are ways to do that
IIRC the Harry Potter Uno you included much earlier in the series also has a unique Golden Snitch mechanic you didn't include. (Whether on purpose or accident, idk) ✨️
I have researched 6 different HP Uno versions, and I don't remember seeing any Golden Snitch anywhere. Do you have more reference? Please share on the community Discord if you're able to.
I did find an official PDF rules on Mattel's website. And there isn't any mention of a Golden Snitch mechanic. I did find a completely different "Catch The Golden Snitch!" game, but, while it has cards with numbers and colors, it is not an UNO game, and isn't even made by Mattel from what I see.
Here's some old roles I suggested that needed some tweaks. ------------------------------------------------ Role: The Undying. Alignment: Dark Innocent. Light Ability: Repair Bullet. Place your role card face up. If you're killed, you can choose come back to life and the player that killed you dies. Can only be used once. Dark Ability: Undead. Every time you die you can choose to come back to life in the following lights out phase. Passive Ability: Immune form being devoured. ------------------------------------------------ Role: The Unlucky. Alignment: Innocent. Light Ability: Misfortune. Place your role card face up. Everyone must reveal one of their clue cards including you. Passive Ability: Unluck. If you're killed, infected, or devoured, the first player to do so must reveal two of there clue cards. If the player that killed you is either Innocent or Dark Innocent thay die.
15:56 It would be super cool if the wild card that got the rainbow background should be randomized for each physical copy of Chemicards, and perhaps for a digital version, randomized between each session of play.
@@MassacresMansionthe rainbow card could be not locked to the four colours shown like the other wilds so you could use it to change the colour to whichever one you want
Shouldn't the Triforce card make you play a card with any multiple of 3? The original version only had numbers up to ten, so it makes sense why they'd specify which cards to play, but you can see what they were going for. Or is using only those *three* numbers more in spirit of the card?
Im realizing this game is likely giing to lead to the invention of a totally new way to hold cards. Either a big like, card propping wall or some new yoga technique
The prophecy has been fulfilled! I may now die in peace, knowing my version of Uno has been added to the amalgam. Thank you, for letting my soul pass on… Genuinely, though, this series has been great to watch through. I’m excited to see this through to the end. Now, I gotta find another Uno version to pester you to add…
Fun fact: I finally got around to watching most of this series yesterday, and then proceeded to have a dream where you added some kind of weather effect mechanic to the amalgam. One moment, I was guiding my family through Walmart, and the next I was watching you show off two hurricane-shaped tokens, explaining why the only colors that would be getting hurricanes would be red and blue, for obvious reasons. (I'm sure it made more sense at the time.)
@@MassacresMansion There are official UNO videogames with both a Tsunami and a Tornado graphic. So we definitely could have something very close to that. 🤣
The Wild Draw Two from Uno Go! has a unique mechanic that is different from most draw twos. The rule added is that you can only play the wild draw two when that's the only card you can play. If you do it and you can play a different card and someone catches you, you draw four. If the accuser is wrong, he draws four.
@@MassacresMansion technically, you don't need to add a clarification time for it. Because "Uno Flip: Marvel Edition" also has the "Wild Draw 2" card be challangable. (see my document for confirmation). So if you just add the mechanic as part of that, you'll be all good :P
Since you don't want to destroy cards, there is another way to have a similar effect. People normally play multiple rounds of uno, so have cards that can only be played once per session and after being played have to be put away.
For the UNO remix cards, you could use a dice in place of the blank name space on the cards added by that UNO version. The dice would depend on how many are playing, so all of them would be used
About the mistaking colors thing: I played UNO Flip with my friends recently and because of the dark lighting, one of them kept mistaking magenta and purple.

I think this would make wild cards TOO specific for use. They are designed to be general-use cards...
@@trwn87 "would?" that's how they already work in this thing

@@hi-i-am-atan I meant not the condition of playing the card but the color choice. Also, I just noticed that that makes wild cards more interesting, actually.
I just gotta say, I really respect the level of professionalism that's going into this project!

Cool idea!
And in a multi party war (if they happen) ace wins if anyone plays a face but loses if everyone else plays a number.
@@brianzmek7272that kinda removes the strategy of it. A better idea is that if a majority of the cards are numbers, the Ace loses, and vice versa.
@goomygaming980 actually I like the idea, I think it actually adds another layer of strategy as one player could choose to sandbag a multiparty war by playing g a face card as an aggressive act against another player(s) who's playing a number card specifically to dodge potential aces.

Glad you like that addition!!!

I’ll definitely keep this in mind!
@StarkMaximum If we ever get to Chemicards expansions, all the legacy cards could be sold as a separate pack.

I totally plan on doing the random wild color combo thing! Also thank you!
I am very glad the legacy aspect of Uno Remix is not being included. I was actually kinda concerned about that...
I was as well 😂
Maybe some crazy house rule could do that. I like to imagine it akin being over level against a gym leader in Pokémon, except the underleveled Pokémon would be the new players
In addition to the crown and fool cards, it would be fitting to rename the color power cards as kingdom cards that royalty can run when they have them.
That’s a cool idea!
It would probably be better to fit closer to the theming of the factory and experiments, but it would be amazing if those things interacted like that!
If you don’t have a plan for it already, I think it’d be cool for the color rules guys to be symbiotes of some kind, which is why they can swap around and give powers, I think it’d fit with the theming well, being escaped experiments. :)

These are cool ideas!
Normally I distaste unwarranted chaos in a card game, but this would actually add to the game and would be easy to keep track of

Someone get on that."
Keep up the great work, my friend. I eagerly await the next episode. If I may make a suggestion, the UNO Lightyear deck has a crazy card. When played, you select a color, and then any card of that color becomes a skip card until someone changes the color. I got to use it the other day, and it's incredibly chaotic.

Woah!
Woah! 🤯
If theres a joker card, I think the jester mechanic should be tied to it and not to Jack cards. It works with jack, but not quite as well.
As a cyan enjoyer, brown is just dark orange.
Uh huh 😂
For "legacy" card mechanics, you could add a "shadow Real/forbidden zone/lost zone" optional rule. A special discard where those cards stay after being played. "For every game played in one sitting" kind of deal
This is a neat idea!

Wouldn't it be interesting if, given how the wild card work in Chemicards, if the Uno Play With Pride rainbow wild card could allow you to pick any of the ten colours, as opposed to only the four on the face of any other wild? Feels like a missed opportunity.
I'm considering adding this!
Yay! The color "Navy Orange"! My favorite! I love brown

I’m considering it!
3:12 "I am going to add White cards to the game, and Uno USA will be added to the main list to represent that fact"

😂
So now we have 10 colors! Woohoo!
So to celebrate the 10 color anniversary, here is a $10 tip. :)
And with it, I do have a 10-reated suggestion.

I recently discovered your channel and I'm loving this series! I watched it all in two days lol Amazing the effort put into this project
Thank you for watching the whole series! Glad you’re enjoying the content!
This is incredible, If I was doing this I would’ve veered off course into making the game more uniform by like episode six, it’s very impressive you can just keep adding new mechanics. Incredible series
I’m glad you’re enjoying it!!!
6:00 Maybe make it also trigger on 12 15 18 22 and 99 due to multiples of 3
for that matter, cards 11 to 23 seem to have a significant lack of mechanics unless I am mistaken. Also the new colors need their own mechanics somehow
I’ve addressed your first point in the rules doc for that mechanic, and I plan on addressing your second point during the next phase of development!
I would, but I'm trying to avoid dry erase mechanics in general due to the price. ):
Its nice hearing your mic quality get better over the playlist and your voice sounding more cheerfull
Thanks XD
Honestly I somehow managed to guess Brown when you were talking about what color you could add that was distinct enough. Literally I said aloud" "Brown?" just before you mentioned it, so great minds think alike? Haha.
Absolutely they do! 😎
I legitimately am excited for this. Like, the videos are so high quality but also I love stupid games and this will be insane.
Thank you!!!! I can’t wait to produce this game!!!
A few random thoughts;
-The triforce card seems designed to interact with cards that are multiples of 3 so cards like the 99 and zero card (do we have a zero card yet?) should also work.
If they do end up having set numberic values this could be clearly communicated by having both the face value and nuber value displayed: K/13, K(13), or K in one corned and 13 in another are ways to do that
These are great ideas!!
It depends, in some games face cards count for 10 and aces for 11, it is game dependant, I personaly like the power of current face cards
We do have a zero card. Base uno has a zero card.
If you have picture proof of this, please email me!
------------------------------------------------
Role: The Undying.
------------------------------------------------
Role: The Unlucky.
Noted! Thanks!
Hey mom! Get the Camera! We have a new color addition! (slot machine jackpot noises except it's cards instead of money)
xD
15:56 It would be super cool if the wild card that got the rainbow background should be randomized for each physical copy of Chemicards, and perhaps for a digital version, randomized between each session of play.
I would totally do this if it was financial viable 😭
@@MassacresMansion what if you roll the d10 to determine it’s color before play as an optional rule?
@@MassacresMansionthe rainbow card could be not locked to the four colours shown like the other wilds so you could use it to change the colour to whichever one you want
Shouldn't the Triforce card make you play a card with any multiple of 3? The original version only had numbers up to ten, so it makes sense why they'd specify which cards to play, but you can see what they were going for. Or is using only those *three* numbers more in spirit of the card?
I'm debating which is the more fitting version of the rule. For now it'll stay with 3 6 9 for accuracy sake, but that may change.
Im realizing this game is likely giing to lead to the invention of a totally new way to hold cards. Either a big like, card propping wall or some new yoga technique
You’ll only ever have to hold 25 cards at a time due to the mercy rule 😂
The prophecy has been fulfilled! I may now die in peace, knowing my version of Uno has been added to the amalgam. Thank you, for letting my soul pass on…
Genuinely, though, this series has been great to watch through. I’m excited to see this through to the end. Now, I gotta find another Uno version to pester you to add…
Glad I could finally add this version! XD I hope the rest of the series remains exciting for you!
Can the rainbow wild allow you to choose any available colour, instead of just one of four like the "regular" wilds?
To make it more rainbowy.
I'm considering it!
Yoooo that IS a fun fact. 😂 Maybe I’ll have to rebrand a mechanic after hurricanes now 😂
@@MassacresMansion There are official UNO videogames with both a Tsunami and a Tornado graphic.
So we definitely could have something very close to that. 🤣
Ok we just need a counter at the beginning and end of each video of the remaining versions I'm dying not knowing
355/650 ish 😂
@@MassacresMansion ok so like halfway
@@monstermaker585 kinda yeah XD
@@MassacresMansion can't wait for the next 13 videos
The Wild Draw Two from Uno Go! has a unique mechanic that is different from most draw twos. The rule added is that you can only play the wild draw two when that's the only card you can play. If you do it and you can play a different card and someone catches you, you draw four. If the accuser is wrong, he draws four.
Ah the old challenge mechanic. I’m going to have to make a clarification time section on that at some point. 😂
@@MassacresMansion technically, you don't need to add a clarification time for it.
Because "Uno Flip: Marvel Edition" also has the "Wild Draw 2" card be challangable. (see my document for confirmation).
So if you just add the mechanic as part of that, you'll be all good :P
The game now has cards with values that are ordinals, but not cardinals.
Beautiful. 💛
Heck yes XD
Since you don't want to destroy cards, there is another way to have a similar effect. People normally play multiple rounds of uno, so have cards that can only be played once per session and after being played have to be put away.
That’s a neat idea!
For the UNO remix cards, you could use a dice in place of the blank name space on the cards added by that UNO version. The dice would depend on how many are playing, so all of them would be used
That’s possible!
6:07 I think the tri-force card should include the numbers 12,15,18 and 21 aswell since all of those are multiples of 3.
It does now!
@@MassacresMansionWas it in the rules doc? I don’t want to read a hundred page rulebook.
@@Theverachic it is lol. You could always use Control + F to search the document for anything specific.
About the mistaking colors thing: I played UNO Flip with my friends recently and because of the dark lighting, one of them kept mistaking magenta and purple.
Huh. 😂
Thanks for adding UNO REMIX! I waited until 1:00 am for this premier, and it was worth it! See you next time Luke!
Thank you for being there! And you’re welcome!
