2023 WATERCOLOR FAVORITES PALETTE - mostly Roman Szmal, soft spoken, relaxing swatching

- Earlier this year I put together my current favorites palette. I decided to share this palette with YT! Most of the paints I have and love are Roman Szmal, but I also have a lot Schmincke Horadam, and some random colors from other brands.
What would you change in my palette?

Your paints are lovely! I love Roman Szmal as well! Mineral violet is so beautiful! Rose dorè must be so nice! It’s one of those colors I would use a lot. Aquarius black was my first granulating black and I love it, there is not anything that has such a heavy granulation like that, on its own meehh but mixed with bright colors is pure pleasure.
I’m a lover of neon colors too! I use them a lot if not always 💜🖤✨
The only thing that Roman Szmal has and i don’t really like but is ok, is the high dispersion that turns out to leave a heavy outline in the outside of the painted area, su I must work a little bit extra to remove the excess pigment sediment on the outline. No matter how you diluite it or soft it 😆 but I love them nonetheless

Have you tried the new Strontium Violet? I am obsesed with it and it is SO GREAT for mixing with other colors! :D
I know what you mean about the RS dispersion however it's not a big deal for me and I just really love this brand. :)

Haha, I mean I'll use it if I have it, but I much prefer Canson Heritage and Fabriano Artistico or others :)
Cobalt sea blue is just so gorgeous! I'm hoping they release the paint in tube because I Need it 😩💖 thank you for sharing your palette and for the swatches 🥰 it was so fun an relaxing watching you paint them

In the US Daniel Smith calls their color "Moonglow." I wonder if they call it by other names (like Moonlight) elsewhere in the world.
Honestly I think I just wrote it down with a mistake and then remembered the wrong name xD I'm pretty sure it's also Moonglow here XDD Sorry for the confusion!
I enjoyed this switching video. The colors are stunning. Only I have to say the music was really distracting and too loud.
