1) He does look like Alex VanHalen, and even sounds like him a bit 2) He's OK, but 3) He's not that fast- or that tasty - he also wastes a lot of energy with all that arm cross-over stuff and head waving 4) I don't think he's nearly as fast on sticks or feet as MANY others. Check out Dave Weckle or Virgil Donati or Carmine Appice. Still, it's all good. - Jovee
Luksta11- He may be the "fastest", if that is documented, but his playing is not that tasty; I mean, look at the beat he's playing in this video! As for hours of clinics, who cares? Perhaps he is a "clinicain" drummer! Other viewers have commented, and I agree, his arm crossing is rather inefficient expenditure of energy.
