Therefore when u eat breakfast and more constantly throughout the day, you are less likely to overeat, and the level of serotonin is kept steady. Conversely, ignoring hunger increases ghrelin levels, so when u eat again u get a high release of serotonin, and tend to overeat every time and end up storing that extra calories as fat.
