As long as you don't damage the threads at the bolt they you shouldn't have any problems. Can cut a thread and things still work as long as you don't damage the threads you still need.
Now I know that a 30" diameter tire looks like on a 300C. I would get that nut tack welded to the stud and control arm. You only have 2-3 threads engaged. I've never seen it shaved down that much. GL!

So just put 24s on my Chrysler 300 and shaved the bolt 275/25 tires and bolt is still sitting on tire any suggestions

It just cost me 1400 to replace this. They shaved mines down tooo far. Went to have my front suspension replaced. They saw this and went crazy.

@JMusiquex 22's will fit. i have a 05 300c and have 22's on it on 265/40/24 no shaving needed.
