Hi Dwayne. I watch almost all your videos and also watch Ron Henry’s Livestream. Your reel mower comparison video was helpful and I rehabbing a McLane. On one of your videos, you mentioned a gentleman who had a grass catcher hack where it doesn’t rub the front roller. I cant find that video
There is no video of it but rather a Facebook post. Let me see if i can find the post and it will provide the materials needed. It’s very easy to do and the bolts and bushing can be found at Home Depot or Lowe’s.
Here is what the posting said. He included pictures but they are the same as what you are seeing my video. Hi all, I've seen people asking about, and posting very creative solutions, on how to keep the grass catcher/hopper from dragging when cutting low. My objective was to find a solution that didn't require modifying the mower, or get anything else to make it work, when I wanted to cut low. I lengthened the screw where the handle attaches to the mower, added a nylon sleeve and a lock nut in the end. With this setup, I can use the original attachment point when I'm not cutting low or the new one when I am. The mower was set at 1/4" and the hopper was hooked over the nylon sleeve in the picture showing the ground clearance. Everything was purchased at Ace Hardware. (I bought some metal sleeves, that have a smaller OD, but found the hooks engage better with the nylon and larger OD) Parts x 2 Hex head screw 1/4"x 2" (all threads, no shoulder) Flange nut with serration 1" long nylon bushing ( ID slightly larger than 1/4". Also, I didn't tighten the lock nut to the point the bushing wouldn't rotate freely. Didn't want any pressure on it.) Lock nut ( Chose this in order to prevent vibration from potentially loosening a regular nut. Not sure if it would but with the lock nut, it's not going to happen)
Ron Henry has great advice and definitely appreciate his support. I like to do what works best for my lawn and some of the things Ron Henry does and some i don’t. In the end everyone should do what works best for them because each lawn has its own personality. I appreciate the comment and the support. 👍🏻
His products are more expensive but they do work and if use diligently you can purchase about $300 for some turf Plex nutrisolve some country club primo maxx and this can last you the entire growing season , never used his products and felt like I wasted money, he is not forcing anybody to do anything everyone is asking him what he uses
Great video Dewayne 🌎.. I'm guilty of buying that ego strimmer 😂 I'm new to the battery power equipment sent it back order the multi unit 😂👍🏾. Enjoyed the video ✌🏾
I have it in my description. It’s the multi head unit one that i believe you need. I originally purchased that model because i wanted a edger and decided to buy the trimmer shaft attachment for the rotary scissors.
I do on the greasing. I don’t normally clean my carburetor as i am more a fan of replacement with aftermarket ones since they have worked well for me in the past. I am planning to do a CT belt replacement in the future and can bring up the topics you have in that video as well. Here is a link to my greasing video. ua-cam.com/video/W1jrZc0PTKk/v-deo.html
Great video What I phone holder do you use to shoot your videos? Just ordered a homeowner 20” from reelrollers. Very tiring, pushing a battery Sunjoe reel mower Lol

@@dwaynesworldlawn oh yeah, looking forward to it Got the grasstopper with the grass shield extension to help the grass get thrown in the catcher. I have a pretty good hill too as well, they recommended the Cali.
You must have the second generation. Mine does not have an option. You want to calibrate your sprayer regardless of the setting. Ron henry has a great video on how to calibrate your backpack sprayer. Basically you want to figure out how long it takes to spray out 1 gallon of water. Once you have the amount of time then you can match your walking speed over 1000 sq ft. I want to say for me it’s around 2 minutes. Once i understood my walking speed and got it down it then it turns to muscle memory on the pace i should be walking. Sorry for the long answer. Lol 😂 appreciate the comment and the support 👍🏻

Thank you sir!!!
Ive been using half rate for a while now. I prefer it because less stress on turf but still get a good enough benefit from it
Nice!!! Good to hear that. Appreciate the feedback and the support 👍🏻
Great content as always.
Thanks Dean!!! Appreciate the support 👍🏻
Nice video, not hating but be carful on the RH golf course plan

Clearly that is your hobby....like rh. Expensive products
@@robertfletcher2641 it can be. I try to keep it within reason. Good fertilizer and consistent mowing will bring you the best results.

Hey do you have a video on CT maintenance? Like when to change oil, clean the carb, grease the fittings, etc ?

Isn’t it better to apply these products early morning or towards the evening
