Thanks for this. Recently had an issue with BASA on this and I think the law needs to be re-written, clarified and get with the times we live in. They even said we can't use sponsored ads on FB because it will rank you above another therapist?!

Ridiculous. Where did they get that from? The HPCSA themselves have said paid ads online are permissible.
