Thank you, Diane. Most days, aren't we all going at this one meal at a time, doing our best with what's on hand? Especially when we have family dipping in and out of the fridge and pantry, the amount of leftovers and fresh goods fluctuate from meal to meal. Some foods will die in the fridge while others don't even it make it past cooling on the counter.
I normally fall off on the chat while LIVE yet like to say hi to you and everyone. I adopted a 3 yr old /rescue, chocolate lab/pittie mix who is the sweetest being going and we watched together last night. Laika is her name. Your essence and home so welcoming I love your creativity and curiosity for creating wonderful meals. Kudos for getting on the roller skates and getting out on the rink again. Sounds like so much fun and you are inspiring me to try cooking without non stick coated pans🙏🏻
Good morning, Grace! Laika, how do I pronounce her name? It warms my heart to know you have a sugar-dog by your side. As for the stainless steel pan, I feel like I have a new art tool in the kitchen. If you enjoy thrift shopping, scout out All-Clad D5 or D3 stainless steel pans with their lids. The pans are stamped on the bottom, so there's no guessing the quality. I am having wonderful results and really appreciating how quickly and evenly the pan cooks. Such a treat.
I could handle a Tuesday or Wednesday morning as I work Sunday to Thursday 2pm to 1am. Don't mind me though cuz I will watch on replay anyday. Also my step-daughter has a business making laces for roller skates.
Thank you for watching the replays and for letting me know. Where does your step-daughter sell her laces? What's her website? I would love to check out her work.
I like that you cook realistically and that you don’t use real expensive things to achieve, but you’re cooking. Just ordinary day things.
Thank you for that constructive feedback, Jill. That's something I can work with going forward. --- I hope your holidays are flowing smoothly.
I like that you are willing to use the ingredients you have on hand to create something new.

I’ve been so busy this year crocheting Christmas gifts.
Also there are good recipes for turning tofu into feta-like goodness.
Thank you!
