      I'm curious what types of stewable meat you think he should sell? And why?
      Technically you can stew any meat, but it's usually for really tough cuts that can't be used for much else, whereas I feel like Kimio San stocks super tender Wagyu cuts, which would be a shame to stew.
      In my opinion, that's like asking a fine dining restaurant to serve fast food 😅

    That wrong way to eat specially in bbq buffet costing $90. What you need is cook it as fast as you can (flip it as many as you need) and eat as much as you can.
