When I started collecting in '18 one of my first 3 cheapies was Bentley for Him Intense. 300+ frags later, it still makes me feel like a wealthy robber baron
almost all of my colognes give me that reaction !!! I dont buy colognes unless it Wow’s me or makes me say, thats a nice cologne & makes me want to keep smelling it through out the day !!!
Hey Stuart, I absolutely love your introductions to these videos. Sets everything up perfectly for the content to come. I think you have a soothing voice. Perhaps you could earn some extra cash as a voiceover for relaxing or sleep assisting podcasts. Decided to sell my Dior Homme Intense. If I fancy powdery Iris I much prefer Dior Homme Parfum. The leathery Smokey vibe is more my jam.
I smelled Polo for the first time as a teen in church in the 1980's. I was love and first sniff. First fragrance I bought with my own money. ♥🌲 I guess you can say it was a religious experience for me. I still wear it to this day.
The vintage version of the Polo green is the most potent fragrance i have and most transportive, like a time machine representing the best masculine aspects of the 80s.
I have a half full bottle from 1988 in my cabinet. And a half full bottle of Polo Crest from the same time period. I rarely wear them, I should get them to someone who like it better than me.
Thanks Stuart. Great choices there. I strongly believe your Man in Black macerated in between wearings. I am going to pick up a new bottle when mine runs out. I have heard the Parfum version is NOT worth the high price.
I really like Polo Green and Calvin Klein Obsession. They don't smell as strong as I remember, but it's still a cool experience. I also really enjoy Salvatore Ferragamo Aqua Essenzial and Michael Malul Zest & Vetiver .
Even my Holy Grail Top Shelf scents fade to just an average wear from time to time, but when the mind, scent, mood and activity all line up it's an endorphin rush.
The Rifaaqat is a surprise. I have three bottles. I have the OG BabyCat. I dumb grab the Rifaaqat only because the BabyCat costs so much to enjoy. And I don't need beast mode most of the time.
DHP OG is an acquired taste. It's a totally niche fragrance and niche quality. It has just been discontinued and replaced by a totally different fragrance that bears the same name. DHP OG is a beast with a heart of darkness.
I have a fragrance called Oddity by rag and bone. It smells just like church incense. Everyone I’ve worn it around hates it so I just spray my wrists when I’m at home and levitate.
I just ran and checked, and as I hoped, Cafe Tuberose is unisex! I believe Babycat and Santa 33 are also. Please mention, if you can, any time a fragrance you are praising is unisex! Maybe I’m not supposed to be here since i look for women’s and unisex, but how could I resist clicking on this video’s title?
I probably should do that as my female viewers have increased a lot on the last six months. I just never thought any women would watch, but That's something I will do. Thanks.
0:24 you better love god Jesus he’s the reason your talking now he woke you up he made you 100 years old now 😂thank that man you tripping you better get to know him aka Jesus 😮

Cafe Tuberosa. Hmmm. Thanks Stu! I love coffee note. 😊
I really like that and it shocked me how much.
Another great video! Cheers!
Thank you Tim.

OG DHP is the GOAT and signature. DHP 2025 is for everybody else. Facts.

Ha ha, yes. Polo Green is that good

♥Polo🌲

Yes, I think That's what happened too.

Oh yes Black is up there. That is sultry smoky rum fun

What are the other 4-5 clones?
It's a week later and unfortunately I can't remember what I said in the video.
To me it was probably Prada L'Homme (when I was first getting into fragrances)
There seems to be something about getting some out of the bottle where it isn't so full. That the fragrance becomes wearable.
Well, it gets oxygen in there.
Lush’s Breath of God does this for me - that’s why it will always be in my collection.

Strange, I have DHP and nothing uplifting or particularly great about it for me
I agree. In the frag comm it is worshipped. I just can't wear such a lipsticky, makeupy fragrance.
@zsb707 yeah it's weird. So much of what is worshiped in the frag comm just seems nothing special
It's such a subjective hobby
I thought this was going to be a list of colognes featuring an incense note. Always love your content, Stuart.

Tom Ford Ebene Fume would qualify
Yes, I have a clone and even the clone would qualify

If you try on shoes don’t let anyone tell you you ll work it in. Same as perfumes. If you don’t like it originally why try again.
Perfumes have been surprisingly different for me than shoes.
Your regular viewers love clones.
What is this comment supposed to mean?
Some do. I put them in the latter half of my videos although I own almost 50 so they will always be talked about on here.
Oud for Glory (OFG clone) always blows me away and I consider it the fragrance of the gods.
