If you want to hear some of my original music you can go here. I need to get back to recording. I did this in my bedroom, all instrument and vocal i did myself in one or two takes. It's really just sketches of song. Todd

Love this band! Their first album "How to clean everything" is absolutely brilliant.

The "D-beat" (Jungle Beat) you're referring to is a pretty essential staple to any Punk/Thrash or really fast-paced rock song. I get it may seem repetitive or boring, but that's just the beat that was adopted or stuck for that certain type of music. Kind of like how the "swing beat" became a staple with Jazz. Jord Samolesky, the drummer of this band is quite talented in my opinion and lets the guitars really shine through on this track. I'd revisit this album if I were you and check out the tracks "Without Love" which is more mid-paced, or "Tertium Non Datur" where Jord really shows his technical skills with odd time signatures and crazy fills. Cheers!

They're from Winnipeg, Manitoba. Their lyrics mostly revolve around social and political issues with a particular disdain for Western foreign policy. Their lyrics have a lot of sarcasm and satire.Their earlier music is more of a skate punk sound. They started to transition to a thrash/metal sound in the early 2000"s when their original bass player left and they eventually became a four piece after starting as three piece band.

May also want to note that the singer is also playing the guitar. Now, go listen again with that bit of info.

With lyrics that offer some of the most insightful observations of the human condition and oppression in all of its forms, whatever beat they choose pales in comparison to the message. Here is the answer to the world's problems and the response is "sorry, we don't like the music".

True about the lyrics. I don't care for the drum beat that much everything else was fine. I also did other videos with Propagandhi and Chris solo work that I loved so don't take it so hard. I never liked that drum beat, ever. He obviously doesn't play it in every song so we're good. Check out my reactions to the other songs. Thanks for checking out this reaction, Todd

The guitar sounds like the 2000s…. Are you actually implying chris Hannah is influenced and if so, by whom…please do to tell me who sound like propagandhi in ANY decade. I’d love to hear it. I’ve seen a few propagandhi reviews and theyre all bad. Pro tip if you’re going to review music You should probably I dunno….address the lyrics or the message aka the soul of the song. Do you like music or do you just want to complain about drum rolls… and odd technicalities. who cares if he’s “falling off his drums” how does that even resemble a valid complaint. Music is about touching people’s souls and you don’t even pay attention to that. Why don’t you just isolate the tracks and listen them individually. You’re in the wrong business.

Thanks for hanging out, You are a sensitive fellow, and a Sarcasticfuck. So you think this is a business, haha. Sensitive and a Sarcasticfuck with an opinion. I've listened to other Propagandi songs I liked, but I'm sticking to my opinion on this one. I don't like the drums on this. I hope you find this channel a safe space to express your opinion as I will do the same. What other song should I hear from them, give me their best according to a Sarcasticfuck. Todd

Didn't care for it. The beginning and end parts (drums) sounded mismatched with the vocals.
