To make your life simpler, you can get the skills that buff your movement and maybe get the skill that disables cam and the pager one, however all of which is not needed if you are careful which results in a time around 10-13 minutes, difficulty doesnt matter much since you should be running around a lot anyways to get caught
I only had a few speed skills from my permanent points and still managed to solo it (albeit on hard since I couldn't afford the rest and had a free contract for hard) in under 12 minutes due to a major mess up and had to clean up a huge mess because of my stamina.

You can look at the wiki and it gives you steps to beat it 1. Hack computer in whatever room its in. Also grab thr keycard on top floor computer room 2. Go to thr left side and put keycard in to shut off cams 3. Go downstairs into the breakroom and take the usb without being spotted 4. Go to the area opposite of the big vault timelock(but upstairs) 5. Break door down and if you see a laptop you have to insert usb inside 6. Go to the roof and get the drill 7. Open timelock(since you have code from hacking computer) 8. Kill guard and hostage civ inside vault 9. Drill 10. Loot and escape(btw go to the roof and if you have basic carrier pidgeon which i hope you have, just throw the bags off the edge and aim at the van's direction. If you did it right you can immediately secure them. If you miss just go down and grab them before civs see)
