I love the legend of Tarzan since I was a child, I watched the series, this last one was filmed and it was wonderful. Congratulations to Jane and Tarzan, they also make a beautiful couple...❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

It's a shame that, as someone who grew up watching those movies, Tarzan has not benefited of the popularity of superhero movies ( Zorro has had two movies made ). Long before Superman, Batman, and Spiderman got movies made about him, Tarzan was getting movies made before the 1930's during the silent movie age. Johnny Weissmuller, Max Baer , Gordon Scott, Jock Mahoney, Mike Henry, Ron Ely , and Alexander Skarsgard have portraid the " Ape man " , most of them more than once. Several of the movies are not that good , but the others are either good or great. My personal favorite movies of the series are Tarzan's Greatest Adventure ( Gordon Scott plays Tarzan who's hunting down a hunter that killed a police officer friend of his) , Tarzan's Three Challenges ( Jock Mahoney plays the lead character who's tasked with protecting the life of the kid that's to be the new king of his nation ), and Tarzan And The Valley of Gold ( Mike Henry plays the "Ape Man" trying to stop an evil treasure hunter ) , and The Legend of Tarzan with Alexander Skarsgard ( Tarzan returns to the jungle to stop a slave trader ). I hope that somebody dares to make another Tarzan movie. The character lends itself to make a good one as it center piece.
