I used to only have to charge it when I went to bed at night and there was generally still roughly 30% battery by then. I'm now below 15% by 4PM most often. It's not that I'm using it any more than I was before. I I've only had the phone for 3 months! Other than that, I'm still very pleased with it overall.
I don't have a gap on my phone. Just looks like the silver trim around the sides is embossed a bit from the back panel. If there was really a bit. You say its water resistent, but Im pretty sure its full-on waterproof
Although I don't have 5g in my area, the battery, storage, camera, display, and for such a big battery yet having a headphone Jack!? definitely sold me. I turned in my Note 9 for it and I do not regret it.

Samsung doesn’t mention it anywhere (I looked for weeks online lol), but people claim that Samsung reps told them it has UFS 3.0. The S10 5G was kind of hidden because the OnePlus 7 Pro was the first with UFS 3.0 and the Galaxy Fold was supposed to be the first, but the S10 5G came out and no one talked about it. Sad how major of a phone the S10 5G is, but was overshadowed by the Note10 Plus 5G. That’s why I did the review in this format lol. But performance wise, I saw a small drop when compared to the Note10 Plus which for sure has UFS 3.0. Not a huge drop, but noticeable. Wish I had an S10 to compare when I had the S10 5G and Note10 Plus.
Reason I'm holding on tight to my S9 plus is that stupid camera cutout. I want no interruptions on my display and I really don't understand how people call that an upgrade 🤦

Real world review, i know you hate the punch hole, but if it had a pop up the battery would be way smaller and there would be limited specs rather than what it has right now and it looks better than the iphone bowl cut
I don't know how you get 2 days of battery life on the S10 5G, I have one and even with 5G turned off (and a complete AMOLED blackout theme) I can barely get from 9am to midday without needing to find a charger
@@RealWorldReview not sure how you do that, I unplug at 8am, and by lunch time my phone is dead (turning off 5G adds maybe 2 more hours to the total runtime) The only phone I have ever been able to get more than a day out of was the ulefone power 5 (which I could reliably get 72hrs between charges) The phone has already been replaced by my carrier as a proposed solution to the battery life problem, but it's not the phone, its the fact that the battery is too small for the job, 4500mah is insufficient for a phone with such power hungry components, it should be at least 10,000mah
I have got Samsung galaxy s10 5g and same problem. Battery life is not very good. I bought it from EE shop. One charge i can use nealy 7-8! hours continuously.

if s10 5g had high refresh rate it would be perfect, it is better than note 10 plus 5g in every way, and if you want a stylus you can get a thin magnet and attach it to s10 5g case with glue and get a metal capacitive stylus with a thin tip, then it would be perfect, you can also find a way on youtube to get 60 hz mobile phones to have 81 refresh rate rather than the 60 hz, that's it

Thanks for the feedback! I like the Note 10 Plus (working on the review right now) because of the memory card slot, but I miss using the S10 5G, even though 5G is no where near me. Hard to say which is my favorite, but I'm leaning towards the S10 5G (but the Note 10 Plus does have UFS 3.0 like the OnePlus 7 Pro, so it's technically a faster phone when compared to the S10 5G). It has more cameras and all the other features the Note10+ has. The S10 5G and Note10+ 5G cost the same, the 4G LTE Note10+ costs a little less. I'd recommend spending the extra ~$200 for the S10 5G.

You can use a heart monitoring app that uses a camera and flash to light up your finger, but this may not be as accurate nor it has oxygen levels reading as older Samsung (though that feature is not on the level of a medical device).

I barely got 2 days. Battery life isn't the best, but you should be able to get at least a full day with a 100% charged battery
