Here are our beginner to advanced rope climbing options. Sometimes the athletes do these with a weight vest or chain but I do that sparingly to avoid beating up the elbows and biceps. Looks like a few of the variations could help us using low-ceilng dungeons get in some rope work. Maybe even elevate feet on a bench and start from the floor. Great video!
Had low ceiling+being 6 foot. Just start kneeling and do laps. Then eventually, Lsit.
Hey Mr. Even-Esh, thanks for the video. I have been enjoying your training recommendations for a long time now. Helped my grappling game a lot. How large of a diameter do you recommend for an adult? I weigh 175lbs and am 6’, probably on the thinner size for my height. Should I start with a 1.5” or a 2”?
1.5 is great. 2" is if you have mammoth hands. I have used 2" for recline rows though!
@@ZEvenEsh awesome, thank you, I’ll stick with the 1.5” then, I have average hands. Of all the tools I use the rope and the Bulgarian bag absolutely smoke the grip the most. I can’t do them in the same day because of the overload.
