When it comes to size no one can beat Ramy,he needs to get better conditioned to be Mr O.He became 6th at olympia 2018 so in 2019 he needs to step up and have to give his 200%.
Size and width are great but lack of symmetry and proportions will not allow him to beat a peeled Heath who has nearly flawless shape. Word is that Heath is coming in slightly smaller but shredded which will mean an 8th Sandow. Only way he doesn't win is to come in out of shape or contest being rigged.

Ramy suffered a lot, 10 years of hard work.. in 2017 he got 2nd and in 2018 he got 6th, 2019 he tore his muscle and couldn’t compete
In 2020 he got COVID and sponsors left him and also got kicked out, yet he still worked out then someone got COVID and got a special invitation, so imagine what would have happened if he didn’t work out.
Despite all the conditions he still went forward.. god was testing him another person would say “fuck this I can’t do it I’ll just live my life” he passed the test from god and look what happened he got mr Olympia not only that, he also got the belt and everyone loved him brothers and sisters please do not give up on what you are doing no matter the cost!
Also never forget that god made all this possible and you should never miss the prayers, congrats ramy!!!

If Ramy wins with that ugly physique it will signal the real downfall of open bodybuilding. Phil will beat him anyway. Better lines, better detail, better symmetry, better genetics, he’ll come in at 240lbs and be better conditioned and this time his waist will be small. Ramy confuses size with quality. The era of bloated mass monsters needs to end for the sake of the sport.
