Bro I laughed throughout the whole video bcz of just how relatable it is. 3 weeks ago finished my first ever prep. Self coached like you and experienced every single thing mentioned. Especially the yt food videos😂. Prep was so mentally taxing. The hardest thing I have ever done. My competition was initially in last week of December but got postponed 2 weeks. When I got the news I mentally broke down and started crying. "2 extra weeks of torture" I thought to myself. I was ready to give up. At that moment I was 99 percent sure I was going to quit. But then I remembered my "why". I signed for the competition to prove to myself that I can take on any challenge. So I didn't quit. 2 weeks later won my weightclass for classic physique and overall. Looking back that was the best journey and I'm so glad I didn't quit. I can tell from experience that when the competition will be over and you'll look back at the prep you'll be very proud of yourself and will be glad you did it. Peace✌️
I can imagine this man being the next MPMD, Jesse James West or even as big as Coach Greg. Your vids are great, and for a fella who's cuting from a bulk is really enjoyable to watch, and very entertaining with a lot of great hacks for dieting. Keep up the work man! Much love
Yes sir!! Volume is everything! I have got really shredded on 98 lean ground Turkey, sweet potatoes, minimal veggies (they impede protein absorption). Lean steaks also. Check out Dr. Campbell latest studies on the thermic affect of food. I found the sweet spot to continue shredding while keeping full and satisfied. You HAVE to get a smoker though. And work on perfecting seasoning. Especially for lean Turkey as it so dry. Also walden farms ranch is insanely good, along with Dijon mustard. Go get it!!
I'm 54 and been there and seen a lot, stay Natty and tap your full potential is very important for longevity we have many incredible natural undiscovered potential naturally in nature that will change everything without synthetic hormones . We will see people living way over 100 in this lifetime.

I saw your before and after bulk and to be honest why did you get fat for those 2 years. Seeing you cut now compared to how you looked in 2019, it doesn't look like that bulk put much muscle. You tech look the same size as your before photo in 2019.

When I went Carnivore last year the first thing that lifted was the Brain Fog, maybe try it out after the BB comp for 30 days.
