This story sounds like my story. To be sure, different details, yet a very common life journey to unfolding love. I had a love/hate relationship with my dad, and glad that I decided to reconnect when he became ill for those last several months of conversation, validation, understanding and forgiveness. I have always wanted to write my journey, yet fear got in the way. Thank you for writing this book, I can't wait to read it! I am seeing it brave and bold, wild and wonderful, refreshing and free at last!

Note to Gio Benitez, If you have to say someone is “world-renowned”, it means they’re not. No one says Oprah Winfrey, the world-renowned interviewer. They just say Oprah. Nuff said.
