This is a variant of the LaserVision blue logo and side markers.
These are silent. They were taken from a LaserDisc copy of "Slovanské Tance."

All newer players skipped this starting logo.
My not quite working right CLD-1070 managed to glitched and play the logo part normally it would skip to video part.
