In a real world is much worse than in this video. Not all companies are like Google or Strategyzer. Their speciality is to take all credits for them only too, if somehow someone's else innovation succeed despite obstruction, against all odds and hostile system.
Good point Bogdan! The reality can be much worse! Innovation can still happen somehow in big organisations despite everything working against it! Hopefully we can change this 💪
