disney needs to hire more people from different background cultures..... NO teen/disney/nick star currently is involved in their roots/culture... need to see some more hispanics,asians,middle easterners and much moooooore.... disney is getting to white. im sick of seeing the typical type of girl being on shows...
100% agreed. Even if they do show someone who's supposed to have an ethnic background, they're still played off as white with a white actor. The only show I can think of that came anywhere close to showing a POC was stuck in the middle and even that show only had like one or two hispanic actors. The rest were white. As a Latina, I get really disappointed when I remember seeing so much diversity when I was a kid and now all I see is the stereotypical characters. It's like we're taking a step backwards instead of forwards
