I thought the same thing, but most bear spray has only 3% of the hot stuff. Bears have very sensitive noses and therefore don't need as much persuasion as humans. Legal loophole one of my cop friends told me, it IS LEGAL to use your phone at a redlight/while stopped. The law can only be enforced if you are actively driving your vehicle

That at 0:36 I would so defenitely wait for the police. I would smile at the "big"... not to say the hungryguys word... guy ... I would smile at him, letting him call the cops and then showing the video he had pulled him off the bike. I would then tell him "well I will get a ticket for not driving here and you will get a bill for the scratched parts of my bike... Guess who will pay more ?" haha
