Bro can u explain about the centrifugal juicer..whether it is used or not.. little confused whether to buy usha or butterfly please give me some suggestions
first i bought Butterfly food process when it was launched in flipkart (i guess around 6k), we need more things with that, but i returned as it is not the best, the output is not good and its okay for a medium range cost.
then i went to croma store and reviewed all models, Bajaj, morphy richards, but Usha is best in terms of build quality and all food processor gives more noise and we can store the blades below the tray.
I bought with centrifugal juicer and hardly used for a month, we are not using for any juice making, cox we blender for milk shakes and juice, so if you not a big juice maker, please buy without centrifugal juicer and you can save some money, rest all is beast.
Hi..can you please tell me how it is working now?any disadvantages? Whether it sounds like a normal mixie or more than a mixie's sound?
Its working good without any issue, Keep in mind that no food processor will run with less sound like mixy, all FP will be noise or too noise and its normal.
If you not use centrifugal juicer, you can ignore that and will save some money.

Its working good without any major issue.
I bought this food processor with extended warranty which is always do when i buy some electric product. so my product is still under warranty and one of my jar has some leakage last week and got it completely replaced with a new original jar.
So when ever you buy some electric product, i always suggest you to spend some money and have extra warranty and be tension free.

In Amazon it has 3.5 rating and people comments says no service support, product quality not good... Is it so... Planning to buy but confused with Preeti zodiac, Sujatha and with this Usha...🙄
You are correct, i was in the same confusion by seeing the rating from Amazon. But most of them are related to service and they might be from interior. I planned to buy Preethi Zodiac/Cosmo, but i still has a thought to check this product in live by ignoring all negative comments. Hence i went to Croma store in chennai and saw all company processors, Preethi, Inalsa, Morphy richards and did a demo on all product. But usha is a beast in that and the product looks classy, it has 1000w motor and take the task easily. Hence bought this and still using with happy.
Preethi is too costly for that quality- They are spending more to boost their product and if you go to any normal shop, you will see only Preethi and people will try to sell that as they are getting good margin in that. Cosmo release for in 2018 for arab countries and they are reselling it here as new model.
All Food processor will make huge noise and people not aware that start complaining about noise and i am in chennai, and i am getting good service. its upto you to choose the product based on your area service.

Unknowingly or knowingly you used the word beast for Usha, I hope I also enjoy while using the product.
If you are in city, walk down to a big showroom lik Croma, Reliance and have a demo on it, buy only if you are happy.
Then all mixer grinder and food processor machine will give a burning smell or smoke initially and this is because of varnish coated getting heating . And it's normal

🌟Main problem for me 😭and all that customers grinder big jar(pot) not grinding properly when new(blade are not that much sharp).
After some days many customers give feedback also happened with me the bush of grinder jar is get loos and water is out from bottom of jar and after some days it not work.
Then we called 😡customer care service centre they say it is out of warranty (2 yrs product &5 yrs motor) . Then service centre of my city said you will cost 2300rs for jar and 300rs for service total 2600 for one new pot(because they said it can not be repaired). And it also get you in minimum 1 month. But now from🙄 3 months it didn't delivered to me. This is main part for grinding to cost how much after usha brand

🌟 Now my main part food processor is not working, first burning smell come out from some days, now it stop working. I complain because still my motor is in warranty but customer service centre of my city and help line number saying to me now that only motor is free replacement other part of machine will take charge of part and 400 rs service charge.
I call customer care then they alloted service centre of my city ,buy they didn't come to my home and saying your motor is damaged 😏🤐🧐without checking on call, and they are not coming.
Now my food processor of 11,000 is like a showpiece.😞😢😭

Has anyone tried dried coconut shredding in usha 3811. Which attachment to use?. Not getting it properly.
Also, how to check if noise level is acceptable and the piece is not faulty before closure of replacement window at Amazon. Thanks.
I tried it and we need to use big coconut slides to do shredding and it may not the best but ok.
Noise level is high and no one will hear anything if this machine runs, its acceptable and its same for other food processors.
Don't buy the food processor from croma.
Every year you have to replace the coupler costing 500 Rs. Because the coupler is made of rubber. This is a design fault.
In many other mixie machines, the coupler is made of ABS plastic. And local repair shops can repair the ABS plastic coupler in 20 Rs. And ABS not needed to replace every year.
