Becky cold sores are a pain but you need a lip balm with SPF in and wear it daily ..when and if you get the tingle just buy a tube of cold store ointment from the chemist and put it on … You will always get them ….like me …they come when the weather changes sun cold wind or if your immune system is low vitamin c daily helps ❤
