    Good session 👌 love the way how you treat the fish 🐟 unhooking stuff is wery important and I believe I need to get a eel lure to try as I tried SG burbot and it was epic on the canal same as 3d trout those baits are sick 💪🎣 great video mate thanks for sharing!👍🎣

    Good job and a couple of nice fish.Good tips on the hook size.
    I believe,too big a hook,is better than too small,within reason,for any type of lure.
    Looking forward to the next one. 🎣

    Hello my friend I'm from Izmir city Türkiye , I enjoy watching your videos. SG2 Power Game and SG2 Fast Game rods seem to be the same. I am thinking of buying the Fast Game 8'11 f...(2.71cm) ..20..60gr for sea fishing, I am curious about your opinion. . Would you suggest this rod for saltwater fishing.?

      I think although it is not built for saltwater it will be fine if you wash it off after each trip. I sounds a bit dodgy but I actually take my rods in the shower with me after a trip!🤣 Failing that run it under the tap paying attention to the rings and any other metal parts. If your not going to do this i think you will have problems. Hope that helps. Thanks for your support

    Your setup looks reslly comfortable to fish with. Think that rof would pair up nicely with okuma itx 4000? And for last question how thick and what braid you use? Cheers!

      Yeh the Okuma would pair nicely. I currently use Kastking Superpower 40lb. It’s cheap and cheerful. I don’t use the rod for large Jerkbaits etc if I did I would go for 65lb and a beefier rod.

      @@TheConstantAngler thanks for reply. I also have komodo 273 and trying to find solid rod to work 50-90g lures, current 20-75 is a bit too light.

      Komodo has a good pedigree

    Nice video - you can’t beat those eels. I think a curly tail bait in general is about the best pike catcher you can get.

      Those tails drive them mad. Cheers mate. Loving your channel

    What is the Rod size and weight action? And weight eel lures? The Rod is moderate fast Rod, not fast, right?

    • @TheConstantAngler
      @TheConstantAngler  2 роки тому

      The Eel weighs 56gr without the hook, so I’m guessing just over 60grams.

    Awesome trout such a beautiful looking fish sadly the species of trout in Canada is diminished cause of overfishing but stripers are good here you should check out my new pb I am a kid and pretty damn proud of it😊
