This is absolutely TRAGIC. The Dad had DV issues so should never had been allowed to have the 2 year old boy on his own there should have been a Policeman there on visits. RIP precious boy 🙏🏻♥️✝️
Wow! Really? So because there are alleged DV orders the father shouldn't see the child? Without knowing any real facts you jump to that conclusion? That is exactly why father's after seperation end up snapping & making horrific choices....How do you know that the DV orders were not made on the mother's false allegations as often the case when a mother tries to alienate the father from the child?
Yes, it is a terrible thing that happened to the poor child & it is heartbreaking for an innocent life to be lost. But one needs to step back & try to understand what pushed the father to make a such tragic decision...Many seperated fathers are pushed beyond breaking point due to a biased system without any real support for them. Women have so much support out there & will often use any venue to their advantage in order to alienate the father from the child/ren because of their own selfishness. Many will say a father should of fought harder for his kids but only a few will say that he shouldn't of had to of fought in the first place.
Next time, open your mind before you open your mouth.
My deepest condolences to the boy, his father & their families.
❤️ so true. Men with a history of domestic violence should not be granted access to children.
@@tigercampbell200Too much emotion and ignorance around a devastating societal problem, that people think couldn’t happen to them or someone they know…
@alisonkamphuis266 what history?
This is horrific😢. Condolences to family and friends❤️. I’m also thinking of the first responders❤️
Honestly, I don't care what goes on in your relationship. Keep kids out of it, they innocent. RIP little Angel
So tragic. I will never understand why men like him are allowed to have the right of visitation they don't deserve it.😢
How utterly tragic. So very sad.😢
Why was this man even allowed to have his son alone? An AVO was still active, he was known to police and he was allowed unsupervised access to his young, vulnerable son.
Shame😡😥
Poor Mum💔sincere condolences to her and her family ❤
His a pathetic coward that innocent baby didn’t deserve that.. the poor mother my heart aches for her ❤🙏🏾
It is a terrible shame that a little boy has lost his life. But the Family Law Court is responsible. I have seen how fathers are treated in court. The mother gets free Legal Aid from the men hating things in Legal Aid. The father is financially and emotionally wrecked by the lies that are never proven. This will keep happening as the Family Law Court doesn't care about the children involved.
The father was to blame. He had a history of domestic violence and should never have been allowed access to the child. He has done this to punish the child's mother for leaving him.
It doesn't make what the father did in this case right!......but I agree the law does target Men unfairly.
Not to mention if he’d attempted to reach out for help, a reasonable action would be to call in a wellness check. But the way Police respond to men in a crisis is often full of impatience, gaslighting and threats of detainment if the man doesn’t respond in a way that gets the police on to their next call out.
Plenty of men won’t admit they need help, because their distress is criminalised.
This is heartbreaking for everyone involved, both families, friends, the child’s friends.
Apologist
No excuse to dump all your issues on an innocent trusting child.
You cannot tell a full story when you only have half of that story, yes the mother had a DV order but they are very easy to get with NO evidence needed to get one, this will be a father that had nothing left after his son was being kept from him
How come a DV offender has the custody of his son! It’s the law system killed the poor boy!
They all do and mums are forced to hand their kids over to the hese men or risk losing custody.
When is Australia going to stand up for dads
When will the men in this country realize they are physically stronger than women in general! It’s very disgraceful to bully a woman whom he claims he loves her!
When is Australia going to stop giving men with a history of domestic violence access to vunerable children?
@user-pk5ri5wz8y so what about the women that use the kids against the dads then dads end up killing themselves🤔not all dads are dead beats mate🤬🤬
Unfortunately when more man, women ans kids die. This is a result of the family court, wesponised dvos, and allegations. He snapped. The rate at which father are killing themselves, and the occurrence of these particular tragedies is a disgrace. Noone is looking at the reason which men are doing this. I have been through it all. And i can tell you, as can 4 of my lawyers, that dvos and family court are like peas and carrots and they are vocal at how weaponised dvos, no need for evidence or proof, are fueling these tragedies. I personally know police officers in Lismore!!! I grew up here!! 90 percent of there calls are dv, and 80 percent of those are false. The police are over it, society is over it. How many more kids need to die at the hands of these failed laws ?
