Dude i tried your FC coating recipe. It stays crispy for 10 min then gets soggy
Virat Reddy try to take off most of the oil. after frying. if you let a lot of oil sit on it, the crisp soaks it and it gets soggy.
When you take them off the pan, let them rest into a plate with some paper towel, its soaks up the oil and whatever you fried will stay crispy for some time!
