i really hope the guy that kept saying yes to everything wasnt going to be the master of the vessel. because it was obvious he was at best a rookie and really didnt know the names of anything or what you were really saying.
Great vid,but I found too much focus on what he was saying rather than what he was actually doing.people with no idea still have no idea ?. You could of actually put in a reef and showed how it was done. At least you put in the time to make this vid and I appreciate it.cheers...
Hi David, thanks for the feedback, I fully agree we could have shown some more detail on the exact reefing process but the video was more from a view of a sailor that already knows how to reef and they just wanted to see how it was done on a seaweed 1160. I think Seawind should do a whole series on this topic as slab single line reefing often puts people off of sail boats but in practice its very easy to perform.
