Thanks! disabling "details pane" in view options did the trick for me. Its very disappointing that Windows 10 is having such a silly bug. After 25 years of development this was unexpected.
After dauntingly tried many ways but failed miserably, I found the solutions, EXTENDED DISPLAY. My File explorer was open on the second desktop that was hidden from me. I never realized I set display setting to "multiple"! To solve it, just right click your desktop + display setting + untick multiple display. Choose your computer to display only 1 monitor. Then my file explorer can open up and visible just fine!
The 2nd option worked for me. Thanks for the video and the options. Also, powering off and back on does the trick fro me as well. Option 2 is a better option though.
Called my it helpdesk today at work for this issue. They had no clue what to do, followed the steps in this video and bingo! Saving for future reference thank you!

I will try this methods tommorow, but i don't know if they will work becouse i can oper file explorer but when i click to search in it it says it is not responding and then screen turns black and i need to do hard reset. Sometimes when i click on windows icon it does the same thing

As of in 4 September 2022 the 2nd method worked perfectly as my file explorer was stuck and hanged ,so the method worked fine
