This was iPhone business idea to not buy iphone 13and instead of buying 14 series. Because there is no much difference between 13and14 in features and spec wise. When iphone 14 launch then previous iPhone rate will decrease. And everyone gonna buy13. If this problem was facing no one will choose 13and go for14. And now iPhone 15 released and 14 series getting defected by same display issues. So please don't buy iPhone anymore I'm not a hater of iPhone unless igot the Same display issue on my iPhone13pro.

Same thing happen in my iPhone 13 pro max and my phone is not under warranty but I talk to customer care and I store and I got exception from store side and my screen will get change free of cost within a week just don't panic talk to customer care your phone will get repair
i also faced same problem as you explained. i m pretty sure that it's happened after software update. white screen in 1st day of update screen was fluctuating and progressively it became white permanently within 3-4days. apple service centre denied to repair or give any explaination bcz of out of warranty they said pay 35000 rs. so i went to my trusted repairing shop they fix in1 hr. since 15 days its working fine.
This Is Happening Just Because Of Overheating, People Are Updating The iPhone While Charging And iPhone Is Getting Heat Up, And Flax Is Damaging Coz Of Heat And It's Not Only Happening In 13 Series But Also In 14 Series As Well.

My iPhone 13 Pro Max Working perfectly , and i was using iOS 16.3 or 4 when 17 beta comes i have updated my phone to iOS 17 public beta and i am using now iOS 17 RC version it’s very stable of all iOS versions, first 2 betas are so buggy of iOS 17 public betas but then Apple improve there iOS 17 public beta and now it’s working perfectly
Its definately a software and hardware incompability issue.100% changing a few things in the software alone is enough to fix this issue.The reason apple is not doing anything about this is just simply harass customers and make money through unfair means.Being a iphone user for almost 7+ years,i never faced any problem in any of my iphones,idk why this big of a thing is happening to everyone now.If apple doesn't do anything to fix this problem soon,its a big L to apple for sure.

Just recently ℹ repaired my 14pro max with same problem after updating 17.3.1 and next morning my screen green and after giving 700dirhams in Dubai almost 16k Indian rupees it’s get repaired but after just 36hours again July screen getting glitching sometimes thanks god I got 3 months service warranty but how can Apple do this with their customers even the Apple service centers is not accepting our mobiles and they’re complaining it’s water problem and as apple terms and conditions they not allowed to touch the mobile whose got water issue but my mobile not get into water 😡 this is so unfair what I can do now my big mistake to buy iPhone at first time only

Visited authorised store at visakhapatnam jihone seedhe mna kr dia then apple store saket who were goin to change screen free of cost same day but due to some technical issue from there side and was told kch dino mai ho jaega.Now m just on calls with their senior team who are saying paid cover hoga and when m asking for the exact reason no one telling me.Goin to take leagal action against them now.

Wrong information problem is not in 16.6, its in 17updates and 16.6 above versions… its not about 13 issue only its in other models too.. m using iphone 13pro max with 16.6 and got no issue at all

Just recently ℹ repaired my 14pro max with same problem after updating 17.3.1 and next morning my screen green and after giving 700dirhams in Dubai almost 16k Indian rupees it’s get repaired but after just 36hours again July screen getting glitching sometimes thanks god I got 3 months service warranty but how can Apple do this with their customers even the Apple service centers is not accepting our mobiles and they’re complaining it’s water problem and as apple terms and conditions they not allowed to touch the mobile whose got water issue but my mobile not get into water 😡 this is so unfair what I can do now my big mistake to buy iPhone at first time only
Some Phones faces this issues.. I faced the issue when I update ios 16.4 to ios 16.5 ….. Then went to Apple service they told me tht I have to change display which will be cost around 35k but One of my frind insist me to show one of his well known mechanic and he opened the phone and fixed it by doing something on my same display…I have no idea how he did it and he toook only 10k from me… My phone is iPhone 13 pro max
