Pile number 2 here. You hit me straight to my heart. I lost someone very important to me, recently. He was my strength, my support and the love of my life. I was sooo attached on him that till now I am in shock that in a blink of an eye, he is not available anymore. (He didn't die btw; but I will not be able to reach him anymore).
I guess the hardest part for me is that, I was not able to say goodbye. I am still in a lot of pain. And i've been crying my heart out daily. Still waiting for him, still checking for his call, even though I know he will not be able to. Every move I take, every place I go, reminds me of him. I'm really at the darkest phase of my life right now.

Pile #2, and spot on. "The event" happened late January and I've definitely taken time in Hermit mode. I was blindsided and it was gut wrenching, but at no point did I let it break me. I immediately amped up my self care and filtered all the love I had back into myself before I even knew what I was consciously doing. My heart and soul are still fractured and very much healing - it will be some time before I let the door open again, but to my surprise, my confidence is higher than it's ever been. My response to the trauma has shown me how much I've matured and how strong I've become, so for that I'm both grateful and tremendously proud/amazed of myself.

Pile 3 I'm building up toward an idea I want to try. I don't exactly feel stuck but my energy is really low at the moment and I know if I push too hard I'll get overwhelmed and burnt out. Exactly..lots of illusions and extreme selfishness. My heart💔 has never been broken as MUCH as it was this time. I’m not going to lie or sugarcoat it…it came REALLY close to ‘breaking’ me. And, I’ve always thought of myself as an extremely strong person. People have been telling me that my entire life and I’m ‘60’. pile 2. my grandma and my oldest two cats died in the last year. I tried to keep balance finding new jobs and socializing which is not something I'd naturally do but stopping taking care of myself and abandoned all my routines that used to make me so happy. somehow I've been feeling different this last month.
