Just out of curiosity when was this video filmed? Because I’m further south than you in Alberta and it’s freaking hot out 🥵 . I do know the conversion from degrees Fahrenheit to Celsius,, so exactly how cold was it when you were at that gas station that said 12ft 6 inches?? 😊
You two do a great job on everything!!! The other campers passing you both and acting crazy makes me nuts! They are the ones who wreck and cause others to get hurt! Keep up the great work!
The biker in the accident is my partner and his friends were with him. He had some injuries but is all healed up now and is doing well. Thank you so much for stopping to help and thank you to everyone expressing such concern over a complete stranger. There are great people in this world. ❤️
We aren’t sure what happened. He was the last in the line of 4 and no one witnessed it. He doesn’t remember as he did lose consciousness and had a nasty concussion as well as broken scapula and finger. He was riding a KTM and it was totaled. He was very fortunate and well prepared - he had on excellent safety gear, including an airbag vest!
Omg! That is so amazing!! You could hear Nenes whole demeanor change when she went into nurse mode. No bs they were in it! Thank you Hanks!!! Super couple!
Thank you for stopping to help the biker. My husband totaled his Harley after being run off IH10 by a 14 year old driver in Louisiana several years ago. Thank God he landed in the grassy median which kept his injuries to a few broken bones. Two nurses on their way to work stopped to help him. In fact one of them called me at work for him to notify me of his accident and assured me he was ok (not severely or critically injured). In fact, she let me talk to him. I hope this biker was ok also.
Where is the road trip food driving for a long time you have to do a bathroom stop at least for us men women have big bladders they can hold it and again feed dexter oh ya I know you're typ no extra parts all I have to say rather be safe than sorry and carol opening the door that's crazy you need help sick puppy take care happy camping LOL

@@jameswbarry9576…women do not have bigger bladders than….And on top of that, after childbirth things seem to sag and press on those (NOT) large bladders…just an fyi!!! 🫨
Ok my theory on the bladder is women strengthen the bladder over our life time of holding it in the car, in lines at venues, just every where, men have no lines and can whip it out in a “emergency” water bottle whatever, so they never wait very long 😂 just sayin!😂😂😂
We're the family the Hanks met, and it was so much fun to meet them! You were both so very kind to us, especially our daughter, Kaylee. Watching you guys and others have so much fun on the road and sharing your experiences has been inspirational and helped to motivate us to sell our house and full-time RV. We've even decided to start our own UA-cam channel, Called to Journey, and will go live in a couple of months, starting with our own journey to Alaska. We hope to see you guys out there again!
Grateful to you for stopping to assist where you could. It's people like you both that reinforce my belief that we are surrounded by decent, caring people in this world. 💕🙏🏻
I struck a deer on my motorcycle 7 mos ago, landed in the middle of the road and two cars drove around me w/o stopping. Third car stopped and called 911.
So glad you guys were able to assist at the accident. Being ER nurses is a blessing. Also I so enjoy your commentary and the beautiful scenery. Stay safe and enjoy. 💙💗🙏
Our first trip to AK was 55 years ago in a short-bed step side GMC 350 V6 (yes - V6) pulling a 16' Aristocrat Lo-Liner. Tow vehicles, RVs, and road conditions have all dramatically changed! We took 6 spare tires with us for the truck and trailer and used all 6. We are now living vicariously through you two. 🙂
I grew up on the Alaska Hwy - used to take 8 hours to go from Watson Lake to Whitehorse, now you can do it in about 4 1/2 hours....straightened out, the switchbacks and suicide curves are gone.....
EVERY time we watch an episode of the Hanks one of us says "They're a match made in heaven" - who else could offer entertainment, travel, and medical assistance to boot? Thanks for helping settle our argument in this episode on whether Mr. Hanks name is Kyle or Carl -- it's Kyle AND Carl!
Hi!! I lived in Destruction Bay in the 50's and 60's when the highway was gravel. We drove regularly from DBay to Whitehorse and back formed support and groceries. The biggest issue back then was the moose!! I returned to the Yukon last year- Aug 22 and drove the entire Alaska Highway to Tok, Alaska. The highway as you encountered it is standard. Repairs and reconstruction are a continuous activity in the summer. FYI, Destruction Bay has two stories as to how it got it's name. First is that Klondike stampeders floating down Kluane Lake got their boats destroyed by a big wind when they reached the bay. Second, and most popular, a construction engineer outfit had it's entire tent camp flattened by a huge wind storm. DBay doesn't get it's name from anything related to highway conditions although the section of highway does suffer from frost heaves in the spring!! I am enjoying your reporting of your trip, though!!
Well first of all welcome to 🇨🇦. Secondly, the majority of main roads are excellent, cel and satellite reception is excellent. Of course, if you're going to wander that far north then all bets are off. Safe travels 😎
Thank You two for sharing your journey! I look forward to your weekly videos. Stay safe out there, sure looks like a lot of them other rv'ers are in a hurry and not concerned about their safety, let alone the safety of other rv'ers and motorists!! And, Thank You for stopping to assist on that accident, YOU GUYS ROCK!!!
Thank you so very much for pulling over to help. People need to look out for each other, especially in places as remote as this. Thank you for your service, be safe the rest of the way!!!
Hi Guys…just a little to help with your fuel. I am going to the Hershey RV show as me and the Mrs. Are inching closer to our first TT. My wife and daughter are RNs…we were would love to meet you
Love watching you both take this journey. Thank you for stopping to help the people in the accident. A blessing to have people like along the way and be able to help! ❤️
Hi guys. We just did the Cassiar-Highway, and indeed, take it slow and you’ll be just fine. Let other pass, even if you think its not a good idea…they will manage their own brake downs…hahaha! We are really enjoying our long journey in Alaska, and can’t say enough great things about the scenery and the likes! Wow, wow, wow! Once in your life, drive it! See it! Love it! We had to scout away from the fumes of fires…but its ok…we are in Alaska now! Remi (Quebec)
History lesson from a Yukoner - Destruction Bay on Kluane Lake was named as such because during WW2 the American Army was building the Alaska (Alcan) Highway and they constructed some buildings at the bay and a storm came off the lake and blew down the buildings. When you get to Alaska check your axles - a friend drove up a few years ago and they arrived with a bent axle on their trailer. Take it easy. Have fun!
Second biggest country in the whole dang world, baby! 🇨🇦 And you guys have only been through one province and one territory. Go the 6,000 miles from the west coast (BC) to the east coast (NFLD) and you'll really experience how vast Canada is.
We are looking to go full-time on the road in approximately 52 days. I will be off of this 18 wheeler and we cannot wait. Thank you so much for all your information.
I absolutely love watching your videos…I’m living my life through you to someday go on the road. Thank’s so much for your wealth of info!! I’m also a retired nurse. 💗
I WONT GET INTO THE HARDSHIPS MY WIFE AND I ARE EXPERIENCING BUT I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW HOW WATCHING YOU HAS BRIGHTENED OUR DAY AND OUTLOOK. ULTIMATELY YOUVE BEEN A BRIGHT SPOT IN OUR LIVES. THANKS FOR WHAT YOU DO. THANKS FOR YOUR HUMOR AND YOUR SENCERITY. WEVE ESPECIALLY ENJOYED YOUR TRAVELS LATELY AS WE USED TO LIVE IN GLENNALLEN AND HAD CLOSE FRIENDS IN TOK. DRIVE SAFE!
We were in Whitehorse last Sunday and went up to Dawson City Yukon on the Klondike…which is under construction. It was horrible too to say the least. Then we drove the Dempster Highway up to Arctic circle on Monday. We did Top of the World Highway today and crossed into Alaska! After the border crossing it turned into the Taylor Highway and wow I think I lost a filling or 3!!! Went through Chicken AK and are in Tok tonight. I feel your pains! Hoping to catch you in Anchorage! Safe travels!!!!! Susan and Chris from PA!
On your way back when you leave Tok, you have got to go to Chicken AK and take The Top Of The World Highway to Dawson City. You won't be disappointed. You will bypass the road between Tok and Destruction Bay and rejoin the ALCAN highway just west of Whitehorse. It will be a much more beautiful drive too.
Love my "HEH" Thursdays. Especially as I watch while currently enjoying our own campfire on one of the loveliest days we have been blessed with this summer in NH. Sad part is now its a whole week again till the next episode. Love you guys and Stinky Butt!
Ok your heading to Vadez Al from Burwash landing your just starting the bumpy rd. 300 miles of bumps until you hit the Richardson highway then 129 mile of occasional construction.I make this trip every year you know we snow bird out of Alaska. Those frost heaves are actually made because the road is built over perma frost that is because is permanently frozen and the heat from the road is slowly thawing the ground below it believe me that road is a lot better today then it was in the 70’s when I first drove it . Anyways Welcome to Alaska 16:08
Quit your belly aching, the roads are fine. It's not like you're driving on the Dempster Highway going to Inuvialuktun of Tuktoyaktuk. That highway is 736 km (457 mi) of dirt with only on fuel station. Stunning scenery and great places to stop and hike.
Yes Carl, opening the door while driving is not fun for the driver. I had my 8 year old son do that to me on a freeway one time. Good thing the guy in the lane next to us realized what was going on because he couldn’t close the door. Guy slowed down so that I could pull over to the side of the road. Not before I had a near heart attack.
Ok this is such great information! The scenery is just spectacular! It’s a good reminder to slow down and bring a first aid kit in such a remote stretch of road! Thank you for helping the biker! You guys are awesome!
I always carried extra parts when I was full timing. Gas filter,, oil filter, spark plugs, an extra spare tire for the van and the trailer, oil, transmission fluid, brake fluid, wipers, tool kit, radiator fluid,, etc..
Love love love this adventure with you guys! Hit bad roads and road construction in IN or OH on the way to CT for our son’s college graduation. Got to our first campground for an overnight stay on our 1,200 mile journey from Columbia, MO to New Haven, CT and while trying to put in our X chocks…BAM 💥 BROKEN LEAF SPRING!!! We weren’t about to miss Jared’s graduation…so paid to store the camper in OH, packed the dogs and some personal items and went on to New, Haven. Made it to graduation, but the rest of our trip (NH, VT, NY, OH and home) was cancelled and we camped in central OH waiting for a mobile RV tech to come and weld our leaf spring back together. THAT was the souvenir of our trip.
Recently finished my 28 day journey through three time zones (AL-TN-VA-NY-WI-SD-AL) to visit relatives before we all become too old or infirmed for it to happen. Towing my "new" 22' rig with my 2005 1/2 ton Silverado was a good experience without any significant issues (average 11 mpg). Most campsites were pre-reserved, some ad-hoc as were my overnights at a couple of Cracker Barrels and two mooch-docks with bro-in-law (NY) and cousin (SD). Only 2 issues: (1) new starter for tow vehicle "Terry" and (2) house battery in "Max" not fully charging during transit/shore power (bought combo LI/Pb charger to help). 5,410 miles / 100 hours driving = 65 mph. Great trip, now want to wander again...
We’re on our way home from Alaska. We just left the Denali Mountains. What a trip!! The road you’re own almost ruined our new camper, and it’s a ATC toy hauler. Thankfully we brought extra on everything. The Dempster road is not worth ruining your camper, 4 flats, broken window, glass leak, ruined our generator, ruined all of new tires. They were supposed to be the best. But, we’ve had the best, most enjoyable time. I would do it all over again, in a heartbeat. I was hoping we would cross paths somewhere. Lol Enjoy your time in Alaska, it’s unbelievable how much beauty you can find in one place. Yes, we drove very slow on all of the “washboard roads. Enjoy, be safe. New camper’s and we love it!
Just lovin your weekly adventures. I appreciate the pix of maps so I can follow along. I wanted to travel to Alaska this summer so your videos are the next best thing to being there. It’s giving me courage that maybe the roads are not as bad as some people have told us. Thank you!
OMG…. I’ll bet they were so grateful you guys came by! ❤️❤️ You never know when you’re going to be someone’s hero! We love you Hanks! And sexy Dexy too!
Love watching your adventures and looking forward to getting on the road, although only a few days at a time this year. Hope the folks you stopped to assist made out ok.
The biker in the accident is my partner and his friends were with him. He had some injuries but is all healed up now and is doing well. Thank you so much for stopping to help and thank you to everyone expressing such concern over a complete stranger. There are great people in this world. ❤️
did the Al-Can (Dawson to Delta Jct ) in May of 1978 and again in Nov 1978. Our 1973 VW Westy made it! Only one broken CV joint, put plastic bubbles on the head lights after replacing 3 sealed beams. The it was paved a bit out of Dawson and around Whitehorse and the nearing the AK border. The "Milepost" was a lifesaver. Loved the Teslin, Yukon area (a lot has changed since then) Fuel was sold by the Imperial gallon (1 imperial gallon to liter = 4.54609 liter / There are 1.20095042 US gallons in an Imperial gallon) at most stations. Along many parts of of the you could see the "old" hwy. Enjoy the journey.
The Glen-Richardson highway had some sections that people had paint sprayed "bump" in the road. I thought yeah, a bump. Well, we both hit the roof of the SUV when we got to it. Frost heave is not a good description. Don't underestimate the roads in Alaska or Canada so far north. They can be treacherous. However, you will never find more scenic drives in your life! Take it slow and really soak it in.
You guys are toooo funny. Being Canadian and veteran Rvers..... We know Canada is sooo vast. You guys are very brave. We travel in the USA 99% of the time. Keep posting because you guys are so down to earth. We love you guys. The Hanks forever. Thumbs up.
What an adventure you all are on!! So jealous of the scenery you are capturing never mind the stuff you aren’t capturing n a camera!! We flew up to Anchorage (from FL) several yrs ago, rented an RV and drove around for 2 weeks with 2 other couples in their En RVs, and we just couldn’t stop starring out any window. Breathtaking views is an understatement and just no way to do it justice through a camera. I sit and wait for every Thursday video to come out. Absolutely love it that you are just as needed real as the rest of us and and that you share it with us. We can’t wait to hit the road for several months at a time. Thank you for being you and putting safety first as well as the well being of others. Thank you nurse Hanks and Dexter!!! 😊
My wife and I drove from anchorage to Seattle in 1973 in a Datsun 1200 coupe. Most of the trip through Alaska and Canada was on dirt road at that time. There was 4 miles of pavement in Whitehorse. It seems like driving it now would be a breeze compared to then
It’s all chipseal, a gravel tar mixture pressed together, you see a section with the road markers and a heavy gravel section. The frost heaves are the true danger…and the other traffic unfortunately, they underestimate how bad they are and I have seen many a biker tossed from them
Ok- we have been binging your content- and liking every one we can- for the last couple days- LOVE that y’all are nurses; considering travel nursing with my IT husband- AnD contemplating our first RV purchase. We drive a jeep so the choice is really light travel trailer OR something we can trade in our 2nd car for(van life?) OR trade in the 2nd car for a truck and buy a bigger travel trailer. And I forgot to say- we think you are both pretty freaking awesome!!
Fantastic video! Thanks for taking us along on your journey. Very kind of y’all to stop and offer help at the accident 😊 keep up the great work……..Lisa
Wow! What a cliff hanger! Happy to see the comments that the person was okay. So proud of you too for caring about people and stopping. Glad hubby n I won't ever drive to Alaska at our age! God bless you two n Dexter. Safe travels.❤❤
I live beside the Alaska route coming from Edmonton Alberta way. 20 years ago or more, the vehicles I seen with Alaska plates going back to Alaska looked like old trucks and campers with metal bucket basins and lanterns swinging from the sides. Something like the Beverly Hillbillies show. I often wondered how they make it back. Now these days I see so many huge latest model motorhomes worth hundreds of thousands of dollars towing a pretty expensive vehicle behind them. Some were Cadillac suv's. Lots of plates from California, Texas, and many from the eastern states.
Yep destruction bay not bad. Road from tok to destruction bay a real challenge, lots of construction. We just completed the cassier from watson lake to stewart and on east to smithers b.c. extra springs be sure to take extra, broke one going over top of the world highway. Watch the lines on the road side to see the frost heaves and whoop te doos, lines crooked slow down. Be safe and enjoy.
We were being followed by a large truck south of Fairbanks that was trying to keep up with us. We hit a bad frost heave! The big truck behind us went airborne and lost control. Somehow he regained control, he slowed way down!👍 Kids! Frost Heaves are not all marked, if at all!
We broke our independent suspension in middle of Alaska no-where. Thank goodness hubby is an expert with gorilla tape and wood plank to hold the broken bits out of the way, we were able to hobble into Anchorage.
So back in 1996 we were being stationed at Eielson Air Force Base which is close to Fairbanks. At the time were stationed in the DESERT of New Mexico. So In February we packed up the kids and dog, my truck and the Wife's full size Van and headed up to the Last Frontier! Yay. Well not so much. Did I mention it was February? Oh yeah...driving through the northern States, Canada and eventually Alaska in WINTER!!! So we also stayed in Whitehorse. The next morning I go down to our Van and it's back right tire is FLAT! And sitting in about a foot of snow! Took a bit but finally found a place to fix the tire. Okay, so back on the road again. We got up deep into the Yukon. I'm driving my truck. It's cold. Negative 27 below zero!!! I go over a hill and a car is right in my way. NO driver. Just sitting in the middle of the lane. There's a cliff to the right of me. And a mountain to the left. This car was an older Lincoln and WHITE! Blended perfectly with the snow! I got around the car and tried to radio my wife about the obstruction in the road. TOO LATE!! She was only going about 10 or 15 mph. And she hit the brakes. And slid right into that stinking car. Front right fender got bent back into the tire. It took me about an hour to clear the fender from the tire to make the Van drive-able. Did I mention it was 27 below zero!!! Yep. I could only work on the fender for about 5 minutes and then jump back into the Van heat. Don't think I've ever been that cold!! Oh also everything we had in the Van came flying forward. Traumatized even the dog!! A few miles later a rock comes flying up from a 18 wheeler and cracks the windshield. (When you live in Alaska you notice everybody has cracked windshields!!) Okay, so we get to Fairbanks and spend 4 years there. Great place to camp also. In 2000 we got stationed in Florida. FLORIDA!!!! Like going from the Icebox to a SAUNA!! So I'm driving our 34 Class C motor-home towing a 20 ft trailer with some household stuff and my Motorcycle. I have myself, the wife, 3 kids, 2 cats, a dog, and my Son's in-laws!!! I got stuck driving that load all the way to Florida by myself. Nobody else would even volunteer to drive that hot mess! It was just before Winter was gonna set in so the roads were a torn up, soggy mess! It took like 10 hrs to go just a 100 miles. Luckily we made it all the way to Florida with no accidents or incidences. Well, except for my sanity!
Either highway has its ( literally) ups and downs- you all are brave to be pulling 5th wheel through there- that is why your plug-in kept going off ( maybe) very bumpy roads ( can be an understatement) Thank you for sharing
You two are "THE BEST!" and so cute together as well! Hubby and I are looking to start our RV adventures soon, and love listening to you!!! Be safe, and God bless!
I was in Whitehorse 2019 and enjoyed it. I hope you enjoy it. It's a great little town . Are you going to Beaver Creek Yukon if you don't fill at Diesel Station that has an rv park with it. They are known for having water in fuel . I had to have some brake work done. They told me about the fuel. Have fun.
I do underwater inspections and did the Yukon haul road, Tok, Delta Junction, North Pole and lots of other small towns. We weren’t towing a trailer but hit the bumps so hard our drone in its case flew out the truck bed. A hunter found it and called us. Bought dinner for him and his wife. Some nice folks out there. Love watching y’all while we are travel nursing too!
In 1970 Traveled with a 11 month old, and cat. We drove from Kenai to grand junction . Alcon was 1800 miles of dirt road. We lost several head lights, and windshield. We were in a car then. Was a long drive.
So we just moved to Fairbanks (Eielson) last month and Whitehorse was one of my favorite stops. Some of my coworkers here have starlink and it works pretty well here. Once you hit the Alaska border, the road is really rough until Tok! beware!
I just stumbled onto your videos while searching for advice on our family's first camper. I've been binging on them a couple days now and loving all of them. You guys have such a great upbeat style!! Awesome stuff you two!!
Great job rendering aid. So many nurses would bypass and not stop due to liability. It sucks but it is true. I always stop and for some reason I see quite a few wrecks.
Wife and I are very much enjoying your content! Y’all are awesome with the info. We set our date 8/15/27 and watching all your videos!! Y’all are awesome and hope to see y’all on the road in a couple years!
It's very difficult to anticipate what parts you might need on a trip. Our maiden voyage 15 states, 5500 miles we blew a water pumpt off I-10 in the Florida Panhandle. Fortunately, we were on Exit 90? at the time but could not make it to the Loves. Had to get two tow trucks...Second one, this time Texas, 2500 miles. Blew the AC compressor and FAN just as we were pulling into our campsite in Mesa Verde. No tow truck, but $1500.00 later we were able to get back on the road. We are blassed that the break downs happend where they did, coul dhave been a whole lot worse.
Everyone drives like they’re comfortable. I pulled a little teardrop with my Subaru and drove slower than I do in my Airstream Interstate. I never worry about those who pass me out who I pass. You need to be comfortable in your lane.
As far as the provincial parks go and reservations it depends on the province. In BC based on your experience you can probably not do reservations however I can confirm in Ontario, Quebec, an New Brunswick yes you can make reservations. For Starlink it really depends were you are. Ont east the coverage is amazing it is getting better out west.
This is so much fun. I have always wanted to see the Canadian Rockies and you are making it possible. The frost heaves…wow. Can’t wait for you to reach the next stop.
You guys are doing great. I know a few who’ve made the journey to the North and had broken windshields from stones and damage from those brutal frost heaves.
Through Tok onto the Richardson Jywy which will take you north to Fairbanks or south to Valdez has frost heaves. They traditionally not marked unless it is really bad. You do need to be aware of them. Depending on which way you head to Anchorage, our roads in Alaska can be a little rough due to ruralness and harsh weather. Best advice after 47 years in Alaska is always look ahead and watch for tire marks on the road. They are a tale tell sign of a good bump. Safe travels and see you at the ralley!
I have driven the northern Canada gravel/dirt roads for many years/times, most travellers, mainly Yanks, drive too fast thinking it is just a sunday drive. Never let your guard down or you will pay at the very worst time in your trip.
I am enjoying the adventure your on. I hope everyone was alright at the accident. Both of you really are great Americans. Can't wait to see your next video. Peace!
Well we follow your videos very often almost every week. I know every person doing you tube works hard and most people including me appreciate it. This video was not the case. Content of non-stop talk about ( I don't even know what about) . I am just expressing my opinion as I compare other channel content to yours. This is not meant to be malicious ....just as I see it stacking up to other you tube channels for this week. Look forward to the next one.
Your comment around the 12 minute mark, I totally agree with. We went camping at jellystone Chincoteague Island with some friends over July 4th. I'm towing with a gas truck and their in a diesel. Needless to say, they left us on the interstate. I just cruised along with my little family at 60ish mph. I was always under the impression that when traveling in a group caravan, you stick. My next long travel trip will be by ourselves in the future.
That was a great one Thanks Hanks ❤️… glad u were there to help…suggestion for Dexter. We travel with our dogs (not yet full time) and we bought foam from Walmart think it was 3 inches and put it down in backseat them cover/blanket on top and it helps to keep vibration of the truck or road down for them… you could get it for his cage maybe not as thick and put blanket on top. ❤️🐾

I have that same truck now (1963). Mine is in good shape, but I can't imagine making that trip in that truck 😉
That 350 was one helluvan engine.
I remember a GMC 305 V-6 from that era. It had a very distinctive sound and I could always tell when one was driving by. The 350 was a V-8.
I lived in Prince George in the 70s & often saw vehicles all loaded up with extra wheels & gas cans. So normal back then.
Haha thank you so much! Yes, depending on the time of day it can be either lol!
Is that like Jekyll and Hyde?
My wife has lots of names for me. They change by how angry she is.
So true! Go to the Canadian hinterlands and you’re on your own! Not really anymore🤣
Thank you so much for stopping and helping. I wish more people did that. I hope the people were ok.
Looks like a lot did!
My wife and daughter are RNs…we were would love to meet you
Thanks so much for being here and for your support, Dave! We'll definitely keep everyone in the loop on where we'll be :)
Go the 6,000 miles from the west coast (BC) to the east coast (NFLD) and you'll really experience how vast Canada is.
just started watching because you are traveling the north ! I had no idea you were ER nurses ❤,So awesome you stopped
Canada is the friendliest place on our planet and the Canadians are smiling, kind and helpful people.
We are looking to go full-time on the road in approximately 52 days. I will be off of this 18 wheeler and we cannot wait. Thank you so much for all your information.
Congratulations!
Thank you for stopping to help. I'm sure the family very much appreciated it
I raised 4 son’s so I have lived most of my life with 5 males. The open truck door was such a male thing to do. OMG!
But I love you guys.
Was thinking same. The Alaskan Bear's just share that.
Top Of The World Highway can be a mess too, depends on the year and if you catch it freshly graded or not.
Totally agree & the diner in Chicken has THE BEST salmon sandwich I’ve EVER eaten - last summer!!!
Thursday’s are Thanks Hanks day. Enjoying tagging along for the journey through the highs and lows.🤟🏼
Medical angels on the highway you two are. Be safe . Ps the views minus the roads pretty awesome
Love my "HEH" Thursdays. Especially as I watch while currently enjoying our own campfire on one of the loveliest days we have been blessed with this summer in NH. Sad part is now its a whole week again till the next episode. Love you guys and Stinky Butt!
Thank you for being here, Pam! You rock!
Thanks Hanks for helping 🙏❤️
You both are terrific for helping out with the accident. Thanks Hanks.
Thank you for taking the time to help someone in need.
Ok this is such great information! The scenery is just spectacular! It’s a good reminder to slow down and bring a first aid kit in such a remote stretch of road! Thank you for helping the biker! You guys are awesome!
Thanks for being here, Megan! :)
Love your content...
So grateful for your kind heart and stopping to help...
I hope everyone is ok...
Looking forward to your next video
The biker is ok. His partner posted some here!
You never know when you’re going to be someone’s hero!
@@AliciaEngelking-tk7wf so glad to hear he is doing well. Always scary to see/hear riders getting hurt. Best wishes for more rides in the future.
We were up in Alaska last summer and were amazed how GOOD AT&T 5G service was. Even in some very remote areas coverage was great.
did the Al-Can (Dawson to Delta Jct ) in May of 1978 and again in Nov 1978.
You guys are so cute! I'm an old lady so don't worry I
am not a weirdo, I just think you must get along as a couple really well. Beautiful mountains!
Totally worth the views!
Hello Hanks, it's great to see you today.
Thanks Hanks for the video, I/m glad you guys were there to help with the accdent . That is awesome!
Thanks!
Thank you for your support :)
My wife and I are hooked. Came across you while watching RV videos and dreaming…now we are binge-watching your channel. 😁
Karl never stop the Dad jokes 😂 Love them
😂
Have fun.
Glad you were able to help the injured biker..never would see some of these places like watching your journey!
Another great video. God Bless and keep you. Thanks for being there for the accident
1 of the best channels on UA-cam u guys could be on Netflix
I hope our Starlink works in Alaska! 😅
We have great weather today! Looking forward to seeing what you have planned while you’re here.
Wow look at the Heroes NeiNei wonder women when she walk to help the accident victim, so charming.
You guys are doing great. I know a few who’ve made the journey to the North and had broken windshields from stones and damage from those brutal frost heaves.
Wowza!
Great video, I love the bantering. But those roads - yikes! And thank you so much for stopping to aid those in that accident. I hope all went well.
The mountain views are gorgeous. Thanks for bringing us along and slowing down to help at an accident.
Love your videos I wait every Thursday for them! Ya'll are hilarious.. I'm glad you stop to help hope everything is OK!
As always grear video and glad you guys were there to help that biker.
I am enjoying the adventure your on. I hope everyone was alright at the accident. Both of you really are great Americans. Can't wait to see your next video. Peace!
Thanks for watching!
Nice of you to stop to help!
You guys are hilarious. To Canadians the roads and travel is not terrible. Plus the whole of Canada is stunning!
its nice to see tht the 5 th wheel is doing very good. I agree Nana the bumps are an issure with me as well.
Loving this series! We are heading up there in a couple of years so we need this! ❤😊
How exciting!
