I'm just a square, and I couldn't ride a motorcycle if my life depended on it, but from all the information I have read about this man, and from a couple of trustworthy stories that I've been told by trustworthy people who knew him, I have come to believe that this man was a great leader and a man of honor who is worthy of great respect. I can only wish him well.
Im also a square and cant ride a motorcycle to save myself either. Sonny Barger had more honour than any politican ever had . After what my late mother told me about Joe Kennedy Snr and what he did to her generation of Brits and then what he did to his own daughter I would have Sonny Barger over them as example of a true American patriot any day !!.

I am 69 and I have heard of Sonny Barger all my life . He will nodoubt fade into oblivion like countless generations before us .But for now ,let us remember one of the relativly few truely great men who have been born in this earth.
God Bless forever. Met Mr. Barger in Frisco Colorado 1981. So kind and he gifted me a phone card with his pic on it, of course I still have it in my treasure box! 81 forever.

I used to deliver wood to the clubhouse in northern California in 1973, he always paid cash. Good customer who appreciated hard work and cords of bay/oak mix.
I am proud to say I met him a few years ago in the UK .

Some guys invited me to come with them to the Cave Creek club house in Phoenix years ago. When we walked in Ralph was sitting at the head of a long table in the center of the room. You should have seen their expressions when his face lit up in a big smile and he greeted me personally.
