When I was younger about 1991-93ish, Fox Sightings chartered my grandfather's boat The DD" and brought out a film crew, 2 cooks that beilved, and 2 divers. Also, a helicopter for aireal views. I was driving the boat. Guess what they found.....NOTHING. It's just a bedtime story. It's a fun story of an old grainy picture.
You mentioned the Mansi photo. I wonder why Phil and Jessica were on the Vermont side of Lake Champlain when the photo was taken on the New York State side of the lake. They should have started near Port Henry where the photo was taken.
