    The food is looking nice and tasty as always, but Dom, don’t sleep on these Trader Joe’s sparkling Apple cider beverages. They are so good, low calorie, and a great replacement for soda. The strawberry lemonade is fire! You must try it..

    Hey Dom I love the 1500 calorie thing you have going on which means you can have a little of what you want but just not feeling hungry and being satisfied at the same time good plan and the food looks delicious.

    Hi Dom..One thing I’ve learned from watching, is that you LOVE your seasonings! What are some of your favs at Trader Joe’s? And I used MFP last year to help drop Covid weight and loved it!! Along w/exercise and plant-based/pescatarian diet dropped 20lbs.

    Welcome MyFitnessPal sister I have been on the MyFitnessPal for two years but the actual amount of calories I eat regiment that amount was set at 1200 by my nutritionist to ensure weight loss with exercise and watching your serving amount. I highly recommend it. I started at 160 and I maintain 126 pounds as my doctor recommended. I am only five feet one small bone. I love tracking and putting stuff in. It was annoying at first now it’s just fun! Good luck!

    This is pretty much what I do. I do intermittent fasting and a caloric defecit. I’ve lost 20 pounds since thanksgiving. I’m very active so I set my calories at 1800 and am gonna reduce them until i reach closer to my goal weight and then reverse diet to get my calories back up.

    Hey Dom I appreciate this. I was going to go with keto since I’ve been subscribed to you for years and watched your journey, but I would rather loose weight slower and have less possibly of extra skin. I’ve been sticking to 1500 calories or less. About 50 carbs or less. I am restricting but not as strict as 20 carbs or less. How many carbs are you hitting daily? Just curious. Thank You for everything you give us in your videos! You’re amazing!

    Stay in a calorie deficit at first then go back to that 1500. What are your MyFitnessPal macros set at? The carbs, protein and fats. oh and when you do a recipe that the numbers are good and the taste is great save it and duplicate it again in the week this way you don’t have to keep trying to think of food combos if you are like me and like variety and can’t eat the same thing everyday skip a day or two and some back to that recipe also intermittent fasting 13 hours or more and like I said not too much meat every meal dosnt have to have meat you got your eggs, yogurt and bars to give you the protein. Oh Sam’s Club brand canned chicken breast make easy chicken burgers or I make chicken crochets. My neighbors love them. I have been watching you over a year before your surgery etc and suggested MyFitnessPal when you were doing keto and explained why my doctor said it wasn’t for me. I have been doing MyFitnessPal for over 600 days I have to check it’s been over two years I love it and no you do TA have to sign up for the paid one so don’t let them pressure you with those pop up ads I have been doing well off the free version low if you need more in-depth information then you can sign up with the paid. As a health teacher I am constantly studying and researching and I have a team of doctors. My Primary, my nutritionist, cardiologist etc oh I exercise at home no gym membership I do cardio yoga Pilates things like this 30 minutes a day and off on the weekend. I am retired but I teach within my district to serve them and to supplement my income. I live watching young people videos like yours who I can inspire and who inspires others. Thank you 🙏

    Ok my sister you are on The right track with that oatmeal I even use the same sugar free maypole syrup. Try Smuckers sugar free seedless jams and jelly. Be careful of the sugar alcohol it not only can upset your stomach but can cause serious bloating so limit your intake to 1-3. Also according to my nutritionist you must measure everything at first no free fall use like pouring stuff directly into your food later you may get good enough to do this but not at first. Protein Crunch Bars for a meal replacement or snack I recommend the salted Carmel and the fudge peanut butter or cream peanut butter. Yes the two good yogurt I love to get mostly vanilla because you can mixed this with any fruit. Other than the sale bar stay away from fast food and two many process foods also limit you meat intake too unless it’s fish or chicken. If you do beef it’s 90/10 lean only. The no sugar added ketchup by Heinz is nice let’s see I am going to make suggestions and I will check out your videos for things you use too. Watch that sodium which can bloat you and put on pounds. Yes those sweet potatoes are nice to make for dinner. Do you like roasted zucchini and squash. Roast the two green ones with one yellow in a shallow pan with oil and herbs garlic Turmeric and eat with salmon or a roast chicken part you will be in heaven. My nutritionist said you must eat 1200 for weight loss and 1500 to maintain just saying sis but you try 1500 if that works for you if not drop down to 1200 and then come up to 1500. My nutritionist is a specialist and she looks great the minute I saw her for my first appointment I said oh yeah she is a keeper. Oh yeah she recommends you carry your own food and snacks with you to avoid buying impulse food or when you visit people or travel. Bring your own. Always your real friends will understand and not feel offended if you show up for dinner with your own food it’s about your company sis so they should get it. I will be watching!

    Dom, ithink your calculations for the cashew milk and shredded cheese are inaccurate. you are counting it as 0.1 c which is close to less than a tablespoon.. just fyi..luv ur vids as usual
