I will never buy properties in Old Klang Road. Traffic on that bloody stretch of road until MidValley is a nightmare especially during rush hour. In total there are at least 8 to 10 condominiums along that stretch. Each condominium has the capacity of 800 to 1200 units. Assuming each unit has 2 cars, that equals to 20,000 cars. That's only for condos, if you include other vehicles that uses that stretch as well which numbers another (5,000 to 7,000) you have a total of 25,000 vehicles that uses that small stretch of road every single day. You spend hundreds of thousands of Ringgit only to get stuck in traffic for several hours every single day. Property agent might promote this and that but the fact remains that that entire stretch of road is overly populated with people and vehicles! So never ever believe what property agents tries to sell you but instead conduct of your research. After all, you are paying hundreds of thousands of Ringgit from your own pocket and it only makes sense if you were to conduct your research instead of listening to other people.
i think this is one of the reasons they provide 8 lifts for 1 block, maybe even will separately assign 4 lifts for lower floors and 4 lifts for higher floors
All the property developers are not making money now, why? Because nobody buying, especially at times right now, keep the money and don't get yourself in more debt.
Well, that's a bit too generic lah because I'm still buying. It depends on your research work and risk of appetite. Debt are also divided into good debt and bad debt. Even if you just keep the money, it's dropping in value as everything else including groceries and raw materials are increasing in price. It's okay to be prudent, but we need to learn how to manage risk.
@@iherng of course you are going to say you are still buying. Times like these, there is no such thing as good debt when you don't even know your income can be stable in the coming years.

Old Klang road has not much public transport infrastructure access like LRT/MRT. Has that changed over the recent years?

Land acquisition for rail services probably close to impossible here, hence RapidKL compensate it with frequent city bus services
