Really enjoy your recipes. Recently while making biryani to save effort and time, I tried making brown onions in my air fryer. I cut up onions, poured decent amount of oil to coat them evenly and then air fried. Came out really well. Try that and you could add it to a future video. Way healthier and easier than deep frying. People will like the concept.

what I learned from your past videos, I am pretty sure it isn't pulav. The stir frying of rice in saturated fat is missing. It is biryani because all the rice don't have the same colour and I can smell that extra spoon of biryani masala out from my phone.
