I really like this house
Love the view
This property is a collector car owners dream. That 4 car garage is really nice considering all you get at that price point. There does seem to be alot of rooms in the basement that don't make sense to me. When i buy a house i want to maximize the living space and there seems to be so much wasted space in the basement for my liking. Everyone loves a work area but you don't need to devote 2 full rooms to it honestly.
Also, you can put it on the mls!
I love this one!! Just needs updating.
If the ltv is 40% below arv, then yeah!
What is the down payment on this home? We are extremely interested!!
@@AustinFye-vy5no this property is either a conventional loan or cash deal no owner financing
This house is not 1905!! This is a federal style from the mid 1850s. Look at the door knows. The spiral staircase is the orginal staircase for the home.
Is it available? M
@@MattHenderson-v5s yes
I dont understand the front facade . double stairs make this look like a school or offices
@@Janette-l3w when it first opened in the early 1900s it was a hotel
Right , doesn't look like a one- family home at all. Why not market it commercial
