Ingredients: (yield: 12 bread)
Basic butter bread dough:
1 cup of lukewarm water (240 ml)
1 tsp sugar (6 g)
1 pack of yeast (7 g)
3&1/2 cup all purpose flour (500 g)
1 tsp salt
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter (110 g)
1 LB red bean paste (450 g)
1-2 egg yolk for egg wash
2 Tbsp butter to brush after baking
Sesame as garnish
配料: (可做12个面包)
基础黄油面包面团:
1杯温水 (大约240毫升)
1小勺糖 (6 克)
1包干酵母 (7克)
3.5杯普通面粉 (大约500克)
1勺盐
1/2杯软化的黄油 (110 克)
1磅豆沙馅 (大约450克)
1-2个蛋黄用于刷外面
2汤匙的黄油用于烤好以后刷外部
芝麻用于装饰
