EDI Forum Keynote Lecture by the Rt Revd Rose Hudson-Wilkin, CD, MBE

On Wednesday 30 November 2022 the Inn hosted the EDI Forum Keynote Lecture. The lecture was given by the Rt Revd Rose Hudson-Wilkin, CD, MBE on the topic "Making diversity and inclusion a reality".
In her keynote address Bishop Rose asked the key questions:
‘what do we really mean by diversity?’
‘what do we really mean by inclusion?’
She tackled the challenge of what leadership looks like and what is required to make sustainable cultural systemic change. With reference to the education system and challenging the gatekeepers, Bishop Rose outlined the values for change that are important and brought her own personal journey into the conversation.
